I downgraded from Reckon Desktop Premium to One Plus Accounting Essentials with Payroll, as I didn't need some of the bells and whistles of the Desktop version. It is 24.00 per month after the 6-month discounted price of 12.00 per month. I have been a Reckon/ Quickbooks user for 24 years.

Also, I tried it for 1 month with a free trial using both packages to ensure all was in synch. I am very impressed with the elegance and simplicity of Reckon Plus Accounting Essentials. I didn't need a data conversion. I just entered my trial balance into Reckon One.

I needed some help, and the support line answered any questions quickly and with expert knowledge of the package.

Thank you, Reckon, for an easy-to-use online solution for OneTouch and Accounting for my small online business. I don't have stock or need to invoice - just subscription revenue and the usual expenses associated with an online business.

Easy to get help over the phone.... every person I speak to gives quick concise answers to my questions and if I need Reckon to get into my computer it's an easy exercise and problems sorted promptly thanks to Reckon staff.

Extremely patient and helpful chap who assisted me today. Love not having to explain everything to a 'virtual assistant' first. Stayed with me online the whole way through and never showed that he lost patience with my tech illiteracy. Was very grateful and so happy that we were able to rectify my problem.

Who knows. I queried a problem with updating to 2024 Reckon Desktop, with an Error Code 14147 077923 quoted and have received no response to correct the matter.
I am 78 years old, a bookkeeper for 28 years and used Quickbooks/Reckon for 28 years. Love the stability of the program. Not at all happy with the technical support of the last few years. I find Reckon Community far from a worthwhile solution to solve problems. Trevor Chivell

As a non-accountant learning a new program has had its challenges. Being able to get help in the learning process has made it possible for me to get this program working. I know I will need more help at some stage, but the program is getting easy to use as I learn a few basics, and I look forward to using it for many years.

Rohit replied to my query by email. A couple of days later he sent me another email asking how I went. This prompted me to read his first response and I was delighted that he also attached a video so I could learn a lot about recurring transactions.
