Only thing they may have done differently is advising of the cost of the process in a clear way. Surprised by the fees at the end but I think it is fair compensation for the work involved.

Great work on getting me my money back Reclaimer! At the start it felt like there were endless questionnaires to complete and seemed like I completed the same form multiple times. Would be great if you can improve the timeframe from start to end as it took more than 6 months from my first contact with you to when the money reached my bank account. Would have been great to receive an email with my responses to the forms I completed or have an online portal where I could access my information particularly when providing my bank details for funds transfer. Very happy with the outcome though.

Reclaimer do it all for you! Hassle free & Stress free. The few forms that had to be filled in were quick & easy and just so Reclaimer had an idea of where to start following up to see if you are untitled to anything. When needing information they will email you but also text so you then know to check your emails. You will only get one email at a time. They will wait for you to send back that email before sending another one. I was slow to get back to them at times so it took 6 months or so all told but in the end I received about $3000 back for 1 oversold loan insurance back in 2005 for 12 or 18 months. Not bad for the little I had to do.
