I was happy with the outcome
I was happy with the outcome. Company did communicate when there was something but it was a very long process and some sort of system or rule change meant I had to put all my info in twice, I was hesitant thinking it was a scam however the staff addressed my concerns.

Lack of personal contact is annoying.
It takes awhile for response but Reclaimer then pushes for urgent replies.
