The service from start to finish was absolutely brilliant and stress free.

I was scrapping my old car and their customer service was exemplary. From the quote they gave me for my car (matching a quote I had received from a general car scrappage website) through to the pickup and final payment everything was handed professionally.

Very good quote for my car. Sian was brilliant and the guy who collected my car was great ( sorry I didn't get his name).

From beginning to end a very pleasant experience. First of all, when I called a clear quote which they kept to; they then paid after collection (same day). Second, the vehicle was collected for scrap (sad day as children learnt to drive in it) in the time window they said. Third, the collection guy was very polite and efficient. Finally, the certificate of destruction came through quickly. I could not have asked for a more efficient process. Highly recommend.

Used Reclamet for the first time today after previously dealing with a competitor.

Booking staff were really friendly and helpful, they advised me of estimated collection time on the day and answered any questions I had.

Driver phoned in advance on day, really nice guy.

Payment in account within a couple of hours with a full receipt given.

Really impressed with the whole experience, would recommend to all!!

Having only ever part exchanged cars, I was unsure of what to do. I enquired with a national company who buy any cars and instantly found that with Reclamet the initial quote process was easier and simpler, with a no pressure quote for the vehicle that was better than alternatives. There was also the benefit of free collection, the next day and no hidden fees.

Sian dealt with my quote and the booking and was fantastic. She made the whole process so simple with no fuss or pressure. The lorry turned up the next day and the driver was incredibly cheerful, helpful and friendly. Within 5 minutes the car was gone and payment was received by bank transfer the same day.

To summarise, the important bits for me were no pressure from the quote, no hard sell, no hidden fees and payment the same day all from friendly people who seem to care about their customers. I would highly recommend and use them again, without question.

I contacted Reclamet about scrapping my car. Sian was very helpful, friendly and really did her best to accommodate. I received the money into my bank account on the same day the car was collected and I received a good price. I would also like to mention the chap who picked my car up. I didn't get his name, but he was also very friendly and professional.

The service I received from Reclamets was far from bad I could not fault them at all. I had contacted themselves to scrap my car and I had a quote with in 48 hours of contacting and once agreeed on price was then scheduled to be picked up the next day. But honestly they have such good customer service and I will be using them again in the future if I have to scrap another car
