Excellent service.Good price for scrapped car

I always use Reclamet when I have a car to dispose of. Their service is always prompt, friendly and efficient. What they offer is always fair. I always recommend Reclamet to people that I know for a job well done!

From the first contact to the final closure the whole process was a breeze. Just 24 hours later the car was collected, money in my account later the same day and confirmation from DVLA of scrappage just three days later. The driver was patient and cheerful too. Five stars!

In all honesty it couldn't of gone any easier!! Called Reclamet, gave details of the car and was given a quote there and then. There was no obligation to except offer and no difference in price, wether I delivered it or they collected. The young Lady on the phone explained everything in detail, so absolutely hassle free👍

Very helpful and easy to organise car removal on phone. Actual removal much simpler than expected. Paperwork all done over the internet by the pick-up guy. Full marks!

Offered 1/2 as much again as local car Scrapman. Collected next day, with very friendly professional lorry driver. He made collection very easy and chilled, and sorted electronic changeover there and then. Can’t see how the service can improve, and will def recommend and certainly use them as first call in the future

Great attentive and responsive service from Christine with the arrangements for scrapping a car. The process for dropping off the car went smoothly and payment was in my account soon after.

The whole process was superb, from making contact, to the driver collecting from an alloted place The driver phoned b4 hand, so there was ample time, Vehicle documents sorted, and payment within a few hours.

What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Reclamet. Christine has been amazing all through the process from making first contact to having our Forklift removed.
The driver who collected the Forklift was polite and friendly and did a fantastic job removing the Forklift as it was a non runner and in an awkward position.
I would have no hesitation in using Reclamet again.

5 Stars in every respect, what an impressive company. Our poor 20 Yr old Mazda finally came to the end of its life failing the MOT for extensive rust and condemmed to Car Heaven. From initial contact speaking with Christine who I found to be very professional and friendly clearly explaining the straight forward procedure to me. Everything was so well organised, including the driver who came to collect the vehicle was on time and friendly. The price given was great compared with other companies and included collection. This great service and price given for the vehicle will be hard to beat!!!! We were very sad to see our faithful Mazda leave, but pleased that Reclamet were the company that collected her.

Brilliant service from staff to finish , Christine in the office was a pleasure to deal with and communication was 2nd to none. Ryan who collected the vehicle was professional and nothing was to much trouble for him. I was impressed with every aspect of Reclamet and will not hesitate to recommend.
