This is hands down the best wig I have ever bought. I have had it since August 2026 and wear it daily and I still get sooo many compliments on this wig. I told everyone who asked, I got it from Recool.

Recool has easily became my favorite place to buy hair from. I’ve been buying wigs since 2024 and the very first wig I brought I still occasionally wear now in September 2026. Every wig I brought is super full , Soft , true to length and the lace is always really good. Also shipping comes in 5 days or less

0 stars!! DO NOT BUY!! Product is NOTHING like the photos on the website. They give you a hard time to return and basically say it’s your problem you do not like their horrible looking product. They want you to pay for shipping back to China!! I was scammed. Do not believe the reviews on their site. I feel they are AI generated to dupe customers. Do not buy and make a mistake like I did. I wrote a review on their site and it didn’t even show up! Most likely because it was the truth and a negative review.

Good quality, color vibrant just what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 250% density, 24-inch V-Part wig for $181 plus tax, and I am extremely disappointed. The wig I received is definitely not 24 inches, nor does it look or feel like 250% density. SMH.

I’ve been watching this company’s videos for a while, and it seems like their paid influencers and sponsors receive much better-quality hair. I even commented on a video of an influencer wearing a 22-inch wig—the same wig I purchased—and hers looked way fuller and longer than the one I received straight out of the package.

After seeing that, I posted pictures of the wig I actually received and left a review on the company’s Facebook page explaining my experience. They deleted my post! SMH. That made the situation even more frustrating because instead of addressing a paying customer’s concerns publicly, my post was simply removed.

I also reached out to the company directly about my concerns, and instead of actually addressing the issue, they responded by saying the curls were tight and that I needed to comb the hair out to see its true length. They also suggested that I get the wig professionally styled or sell it if I didn’t like it. However, they also told me that if I wanted to return the wig for a refund, it couldn’t be altered or used.

I followed their instructions and combed the hair out to check the length, and it measured approximately 18 inches—not the 24 inches I paid for. After all of that, they only offered me a partial refund between $15 and $40.

I paid for a 24-inch, 250% density wig, and that is what I expected to receive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Ladies, please do your research before spending your money. I definitely feel like I did not receive what I paid for, and the fact that my Facebook post showing the wig I received was deleted made the experience even worse.

I will never order from this company again.

Amazing hair! Came exactly like the pictures and the lace was super thin. The most natural hairline I’ve ever received. No smell, minimal shedding, and texture bounced back after washing!!!

Recool Hair is absolutely amazing. I’ve been wearing Half wigs and gotten so many great compliments on my hair. I’m definitely will order more half wigs. Recool Hair does fast shipping their customers service is great quick response and I truly appreciate their hair company. Recool Hair will forever have my support.
