The hair is amazingggggg. Very true to length & SO FULL! I ordered the 36” water wave closure wig & I love it. The customer service was top tier. I had a mix up with the link to track my order and they cleared it up as soon as I contacted them. The hair came in a few days, very quick. No shedding at all!

I purchased two wigs and was honestly so impressed with the quality! The hair is soft, the lace blends beautifully, and the price was very reasonable. Both wigs exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more. Very satisfied!

The hair is so soft thick and long! I would never buy wigs from anywhere else but here, delivery was pretty fast too! I ordered 4 wigs from them already and I haven’t been disappointed you don’t have to buy so many I just want a big wig collection lol my friends have had theirs for 1 year and it still looks and feels amazing ! I absolutely love this U-part wig! I’ve only had it for a day and I already have the itch to order another one. The hair is soft, full, and blends so well with my natural hair that I honestly forget I’m wearing a wig. I only have hair on the top part of my scalp and have tension alopecia due to itip extensions so this being really easy to put on and style, and I love being able to leave some of my own hair out without having to deal with lace or glue. It looks and feels so natural, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. Safe to say this probably won’t be my last one! The customer service is also 10/10, they helped me track a package that I was having an issue with and the response time was also quick.

I initially ordered a hair which had great quality but happened to be too large for my scalp and I had to return the customer service was incredible and very helpful in handling this inconvenience. The hair was returned and a new one was factory produced to fit my small head size and it came back perfect and in great quality.

I brought a 20 inch HD lace wig online for 189.00.
Pros: Shipping was fast, hair is pretty.
Cons: I ordered a 20 inch and I got a 16 inch. I sent four emails to your company requesting to return the hair and asking for the shipping address to return it. I keep getting emails back offering me $20 credit, then 2nd email $30 credit offer, and on 3rd email $40 credit to keep the hair. But no return address is ever given to me. Recool you even asked me resell the hair or give it to somebody because shipping is going to take too long for the hair to get back to China. I thought the company said that they take returns if you are not happy with your product? I am getting push back every time I asked to send back the hair. I was going to order more hair from this company and just order way longer hair than I needed it so that it would be the length that I actually wanted. But, after this negative interaction I’m having second thoughts because it should not be this hard to return something! You should send me the correct length wig for free after the horrible customer service i received!
