Having used a wide range of well-known CRMs in the market — including Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, and others we chose Recruitly when launching our new recruitment business, and it has exceeded expectations.

Not only is Recruitly more competitive from a pricing perspective, but the overall functionality and usability have genuinely outperformed other platforms we’ve worked with. It offers everything we need to run our business efficiently, without the complexity or limitations we’ve experienced elsewhere.

One of the standout aspects is the level of support. While we’ve encountered the occasional bug (as you would expect with any system), issues are resolved quickly and effectively. More importantly, feedback is actually listened to and acted upon - rather than being logged and forgotten. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be integrations. As a growing platform, Recruitly doesn’t yet have the same breadth of integrations as some of the more established providers. That said, this is clearly an area they are investing in, and we’ve already seen progress.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Recruitly has been a fantastic partner for our business, and we don’t see ourselves moving away anytime soon.

Used recruitly since May of this year on a long term test of their CRM before I switch from my current provider.
