Fabulous bench very happy doesn’t look plastic it looks very much like wood I wouldn’t of believed it was recycled plastic over the moon with this purchase

Great sturdy furniture
This is the second 2m long picnic bench I have bought from NBB. First one is still going strong out in my front garden after 7 years. 2nd one is for my back garden after a cheap wooden one finally gave up! I highly recommend this very sturdy furniture, its well worth the extra price over wooden ones. Very easy to assemble and extremely easy to keep clean too. The bolt connections they provide are actually better than my first bench I bought.
I have had many neighbours ask where I got my first one, so I would show them the small green and white NBB badge on the side of my first bench, but my 2nd bench did not have this badge. Maybe missing out on free advertising NBB?🤣.
I very much like that this furniture is made from recycled plastic and is the main reason for my 2nd purchase. However, one other minor niggle was my new bench came partially built on a wooden pallet which included a spare strip of grey and black recycled plastic panel. This seemed to be a considerable amount of waste as they are no use to me and a waste of all the energy used to manufacture these. Surely NBB could use some cheaper packing materials to send products.

Excellent product but assembly instructions could be improved
The product was delivered on time. This is an excellent product that was basically straightforward to assemble. I deducted one star for 2 reasons. Firstly the assembly instructions were not totally clear. There are 2 chair right sides but they are not identical. Same is true for the and 2 chair left sides. You need to assemble them so that the fixings to join to the triangular table are on the exterior of each chair. Secondly there are pre drilled pilot holes underneath to secure the seats into the chairs. These pilot holes did not line up with the holes. I had to drill new pilot holes.
The end result however is fantastic. Looks great and is very sturdy,

It was delivered on time
It was delivered on time, delivery driver didn’t look too happy as he was asked to bring it into the back garden, but otherwise it was ok.
Putting it together wasn’t brilliant, instructions were not that clear to me. The support structure/legs did not work out per instructions, so we had to put them on independently.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. Have not assembled it yet but it looks substantial and a good finish. Like the idea of recycled plastic bottles. Helps the environment. As we are getting older the idea of maintenance free garden furniture appeals.

Wonderfully delighted
Very easy website to navigate. Ordering was simple.
Delivery time was short, delivered with care at the time stated. Hubby had no trouble putting the bench together and we have used it loads during the hot weather.
We’ve had several positive comments about size and comfort. Both our small grandchildren are delighted that granny can sit in the middle next to both of them.
Although expensive we consider it an investment both for ourselves and for the planet. When we can afford it we shall be investing some more, probably chairs next time.

The bench is of excellent quality, even the dog loves it for watching the world go by. It arrived on time and the driver very kindly put it inside the gate for me as I was unable to move it on my own.

Cricket Club Furniture
We purchased a large quantity of recycled furniture from NBB. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I want to begin by saying I’m over the moon with our new table. I had a hard time choosing what colour so I used the chat service on the website and the customer service I received was excellent and I had samples of the colours sent in the post. I didn’t wait for these to arrive as I was eager to order.
I placed my order on a Saturday and received a phone call on Tuesday arranging delivery on Wednesday. Delivery was straightforward, delivered on a wooden pallet. Assembly was fairly straightforward, the table is very heavy so definitely needs 2 people to assemble. It’s a solid table and can tell it’s going to last many years with next to no maintenance.
My only complaint is that because it’s recycled plastic the colours are never going to be the same however there are a couple of planks on our table that are very different to the rest. You’ll see these on the photo but I don’t think it’s going to bother us much. Some of the edges of the table are slightly rough too so I need to sand them down.
Other than that we are extremely happy and can’t wait to use it for many years.

Poor delivery service
The ordering process was great but the delivery dd not live up to expectation. I was advised that the dispatch note would go out the next day and the items would arrive about 2 to 3 days after that. 1 week later i had to chase and was advised they would be delivered the next morning. Mid afternoon i received an email saying they were due to be delivered but did not confirm delivery date.

Lovely picnic bench...but not the best experience !
Easy to order, but then silence, no update or delivery date given until I called to chase, wasn't booked in, staff did help resolve the problem, took about a week for delivery. Poorly packaged in cling film so corner bashed a bit, delivery driver called to say he had no delivery address could I text it to him ! instructions to make up bench poor, but once made up its is sturdy and looks good, would I use this company again probably not
