A few months ago, I posted here to complain about ReSmart Cycle repeatedly cancelling my bag pick-ups instead of collecting them, to the point where I could no longer use their service. After that post, the ReSmart Cycle team reached out to apologise and offered me a free pick-up to restart our business, which I accepted, as I understand mistakes can happen. Since then, I haven't been disappointed by their service once. Everything runs smoothly and my bags are always collected on the due date. I'm now a very happy customer, and I thank the ReSmart Cycle team for that.

Wonderful not to throw away reusable items, which are so difficult to manage in this country. ReSmart is the answer. Their collection service makes everything very easy. Would recommend to anybody who asks.

I hadn't put my bags out, as it rained the night before. I received a phone call reminder and gentleman came to the front door and collected my recycling. Absolutely fantastic service!

Easy to use service. i have used it twice now and we will keep using it. the hard to recycle items like a tooth brush and tooth pate tubes made easy or blister packs like Panadol or Nuorphen ETC its good to help the planet.

I wanted to start recycling plastic bags again as I had previously taken them to the supermarket bins before their recycler went out of business. I put everything out and took a photo as directed. Tim rang the bell as I'd requested. As a first timer to ReSmart I wanted to know that I had everything sorted correctly, and was reassured that I had. ReSmart also takes many other items to recycle, so although I could have taken batteries and Blister Packs, from medications, to local recyclers, the pickup saved me from driving to several different places to get these things recycled.

I forgot to put out my recycling. I received a phone call and was able to quickly collect my items and take outside for collection. Thank you for this great service.

After a mistake collecting my bags I was pleased at how responsive the team were in sorting the problem. A driver was back the next morning to collect the items missed in the first pick up.

The BEST service! ReSmart make it so easy to dispose of so many things with the comfort of knowing it will be sorted well and diverted from landfill if possible. It's incredible that they do all this AND collect it from your doorstep for such a tiny price. We're lucky to have a service like this, thank you!

It was easy to do and it's great to have these items picked up rather than have to take them to a number of different places.

This is a great service. They remind you when to put your hard-to-recycle items out. On collection days, the bags seem to simply disappear. They've never failed me once.

They do what they say on the tin, they collect all the things on the list and they tell you how you can use the items which are not on the list which I really love - the fact they take the time to collect and then respond to my emails asking about odd items make them 100% recycle savvy - thank you

I love knowing my plastic waste is being kept out of landfill. Collection is always as per advised schedule and it’s a very straightforward process which I appreciate.
