Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered some plant pots but the product was faulty. I emailed customer service about a refund and sent a photo as proof. They refunded me straight away, apologised and said not to send the plant pots back. I huge shout out to James Blewett for his help!

We recently had a small issue, with some faulty wine glasses. Without having to return the products, we just sent a few pics, the problem was resolved in a few days, with replacement glasses sent. Thank you James and the team. Will definitely be using Red Candy again. Excellent customer service

I purchased a joseph joseph recycling bin unit around 2 years ago from red candy, as they were by far the cheapest place to buy one from. The lid recently stopped working, although I've been really happy with the beautiful bin. I contacted red candy who replied immediately. Within hours they arranged for a replacement lid, which then ended up being a whole new replacement bin from Joseph joseph, due to stock issues with lids. Edward from red candy was so helpful,and kept me informed throughout. Within a couple of days from my initial email, I had a brand new bin delivered for free. I will definitely use red candy again, very happy customer. Thanks again 😍

Paid £20 for the fastest delivery on an order placed early morning. Finally get the dispatch email after 10pm the next day. The DPD email says it’s been sent on 2 day service. Don’t bother paying for faster delivery, all the “if order received before 1pm” stuff must be a load of crap and any premium you pay for delivery is just more profit for them.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and have received no update since. Called them today and was told 3 of the 4 items were out of stock. I advised it would be better customer service if they had contacted me about this rather than waiting for me to call them. The girl I spoke to said that they're showing as out of stock on the website so I would have known this when I ordered. An absolutely ridiculous statement as they weren't out of stock 2 weeks ago when the order was placed. Staff answering customer calls should be 100% sure that any statements they make to customers are correct. Very unhappy with the service.

Wow! Cant believe how quick these guys are. Ordered yesterday morning and my lamp arrived today! Delivery was free, so was expecting 4-5 days at best. Great item too. Really Impressed and will definitely use again!

Ordered an item next day delivery. They put it on normal delivery. It then got stuck a Hermes depot for three weeks whilst nobody at Red Candy made any attempt to contact Hermes and get it delivered. Never did get the item. Order was eventually cancelled.
Rubbish service.

I ordered a cat shaped lamp for £20, looked great on the photo but when it arrived, the state it was in was shocking. The wire that connects the battery pack was completely snapped off leaving the components of the lamp actually visible.

The item genuinely looked like something from poundland upon inspection, and absolutely not a £20 gift (It was an Xmas present for my mom)

I complained and got my money back, which there was no issues in doing so. The customer service was very polite actually.

Overall it was a disappointing experience and I won't be shopping here again as the product I purchased simply was overpriced junk

Ordered a gift on 10th december. Waited 7 days as requested for delivery. On day 8 I contacted them to be told it must have been lost by Hermes, but they were out of stock so I couldnt have another til January. Emailed to say this wasnt acceptable as it was a xmas gift. Told I could have something else instead. Then told they were chasing it up with Hermes and trying to find another, then nothing. So i looked elsewhere and found the supplier had them in stock along with others. Red Candy had told me they would find another supplier and send it express delivery but clearly they didnt look or they'd have found one as easily as i did. Ordered elsewhere and it arrived next day with a reliable carrier. Red Candy use unreliable carriers and dont keep track of their orders. Once you've paid they dont seem interested, just make empty promises they dont follow up on. If you need it for a specific date I wouldn't bother getting it here. Yes they have good products, but you will find the products elsewhere. Managed to act on my refund request quickly, but only because i believe that was the option they wanted me to take in the beginning as they couldnt be bothered to fix the issue.

One of my packages got lost by the courier company and Red Candy could not have been more helpful. They kept me up to date and sent me out a replacement.

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful - really great customer service and my products are amazing
