Ordered a bouquet in advance to be…

Ordered a bouquet in advance to be delivered to the Channel Islands on a Sunday. Used the company because they advertised Sunday delivery. Very wilted bouquet arrived nearly 3 days late. I have sent multiple emails over the last week including photos of bouquet which they admit is substandard and they are continuing to resist offering me any kind of refund despite clearly not providing the service or product purchased but have offered me 20 pounds credit with them (I will clearly never be using this company again). Customer service is outrageous and utterly unjustifiable. I think the Mother’s Day sentiment is somewhat lost when the flowers arrive drooped and wilted the following Tuesday and furious that they are being so difficult about a refund so I can send my mother some actual quality flowers with a company I can trust to apologise

Dreadful delivery service, lovely flowers

I am a repeat customer having used them twice before, I was really pleased with them on those occasions. However, my recent experience was very different. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, and requested they be delivered on Mother’s Day, several days in advance. They did not arrive, instead I got an email saying they couldn’t deliver as no one was in. That’s not true, my mother stayed in all day. The next day I got an email in the evening saying my flowers had been delivered and left in an out house as no one was in. Again, my mum WAS in, all day. She also doesn’t have an out house. The following day, her neighbour, 4 doors down, found them behind his bin. So, they delivered to the wrong house, two days later, and lied about where they’d been left.
I complained and was offered a £10 voucher. LOL! like I want to spend any more money with them!
They then offered to send more by way of an apology. I had them sent to me and they have arrived this evening. They are lovely, very fresh and well packed. Customer service has been good, but I resent the fact that I spent £44 trying to make my mums day special (we live far apart) and it went spectacularly wrong.
The flowers I received are lovely, however I’m not sure I’ll chance it with them again.

This company is an absolute scammer do…

This company is an absolute scammer do not buy from them avoid!!

I purchased the Country Garden for Mothers Day for my mum weeks in advance of the day. For starters the flowers turned up when the day was nearly over and what arrived was not what I ordered! They sent 3 white roses and 3 stems of cheap chrysanthemum stems and a cheap plastic butterfly and a wooden stick!! I got in touch to say this is the wrong order. Kyle responded saying no it’s right you ordered Florist Choice now I know I didn’t because you end up getting the scraps I know I ordered country garden and told him to send me a copy of the invoice. HE DIDNT AND HASNT DONE TO DATE DESPITE MY ASKING 10 TIMES!
The next day I visit my mum and two of the roses are DEAD already I take the photos and send the to Kyle who comes up with an excuse of send a birdseye photo I replied saying birdseye won’t show the flowers drooping and dead and the leaves on the chrysanthemums are brown but he said he needed it so I took photos from all angles I’ve now sent about 15 photos showing dead flowers from all angles. Today Amelia has said there’s nothing wrong with them apparently Amelia can’t tell when a rose is dead and can’t see brown leaves on stems! I point out to her the issues and request a copy of the order again. Amelia responded with a 50% off voucher I kindly explained no way in hell would I want free flowers never mind pay them
anymore money for poor quality flowers her response was fine and closed off the ticket! This company is nothing but a scam they don’t do the bouquets they outsource to a cheap place like interflora and they don’t tell you that and secondly they send you whatever they want and the a blind eye to dead flowers do not use them if I had seen this bad reviews before ordering I would have gone the local supermarket for better value just avoid they’re horrible!

If I could give a 0 i definitely would. My partner ordered me some flowers for Mother’s Day. £50 for a bunch of flowers, in the picture they supplied of the flowers on the website they were full and plenty of flowers, when received (very late after the date advised) they was literally about 5 flowers. That were all already dead. And the bunch was missing a few whole flower variants. Fuming is not the word. The flowers are awful, £50 for 5 dead flowers when the picture showed a bunch of flowers. Do not use this company at all

Have previously reviewed this and you said you've requested more information, we sent you photos of the flowers and you have refused to do anything about it, they were dead and about 8 stems of dead flowers, we just won't order from you again and advise others not too as well, looked nothing like the flowers you offer, your pictures look great your actual flowers are appaling

Awful company, awful product

I ordered a large bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day… looked lovely in the photo on the website. Completely different to what was received. I visited my mum 6 days later and was disgusted what she had received and even more disgusted to be told the flowers started to wilt and die within 2 days of them being delivered. The lilies didn’t even open before they died.

I contacted the company to be offered a £10 off voucher for my next purchase. What a joke! Why would I want to make another order and spend my hard earned cash on flowers that don’t last 2 days?

I’m still waiting for a good reason as to why I am not entitled to a full refund for purchasing poor quality goods.

From the look of the rest of the reviews this isn’t a one off either. Scam company. Please avoid!

Sad, droopy kinda bunch of flowers…

My friend sent me a bunch of flowers from this company. They looked slightly sad on arrival, but I thought they'd perk up after being trimmed and settled in a vase. Sadly, at day 5, and having been retrimmed and cared for, they are still sad, with some drooping and bits falling off. I had online chat with company who could see no issue. 🤷

Very disappointing

Very disappointing.

I’ve ordered twice from Haute. Second order ordered for Mothers Day, lured in by the offer of making Mothers Day special.

However, it’s a 50:50 chance whether the recipient will actually receive a bouquet!

Despite paying for named day delivery (Sunday). The bouquet didn't arrive until Tuesday!

In response to my email there was no sense of accountability just ‘third party issue’, ‘can’t guarentee…’. No compensation for a £40+ bouquet and my mum waiting in anticipation only to be disappointed each day.

TWO days late is not acceptable and the fact I had to chase it up was furthermore a display of poor and unreliable service. I have tried to get compensation but they are rigid.

Obviously, I won’t be using them again nor recommending as reliability along with quality should be a priority. Do not use

Next day delivery did not happen

I placed an order for next day (Saturday) delivery, on Friday evening. The order HAD to be delivery on Saturday - it was the sole reason I chose Haute Florist as it guaranteed next day delivery if you ordered by 10pm.
The order process was tricky. You can pay by Apple Pay, but then it doesn't go through until you click another button - unlike any website I've come across to date.
So, I get the confirmation email, all fine. Then twenty minutes later, another email, purportedly from the helpdesk, saying they've flagged that my order may be fraudulent, owing to the distance between my location and the delivery address. Given it was 30 miles and the next county, I have no idea what they're referring to. They ask for personal data (and credit card data to be emailed). I don't want to share this on an email. Live chat and customer service is closed for the entire weekend.
Consequently, my order was not processed; the recipient did not receive any flowers, and I've now been on hold for over ten minutes, without being able to speak to anyone at customer service, today.

I've used Haute florist multiple times and until Mother's Day, the bouquets were beautiful and always similar to the pictures used for advertising.
I ordered a large bouquet for Mother's Day and what arrived was disgraceful. Brown roses, broken and wilting stems and looked like a bunch of petrol forecourt flowers, certainly not worth what I paid for them.
To give credit where it is due, customer service dealt with my complaint and organised a replacement bouquet. It turned up as advised, however it still did not represent the large bouquet visually, no real effort with the arrangement and was very small, so much so they didn't fill 1 vase, when previous large bouquets have needed 2. I have ended up buying a proper bouquet from a local florist as an apology as I was so embarrassed.
Sadly I won't be using Haute again which is a real shame given my previous experiences

I received a box containing a bunch of flowers. Tulips, roses and lilies last Sunday ( Mother’s Day ) Initially all looked good, unfortunately next day they all looked awful. Roses were on their way out, tulips were all bending. Day 3 tulips and roses were dead , Lillie’s never opened. Absolutely disgusting attitude when my daughter complained to this company . Offered her a £10 discount off her next order 🤣🤣 , This order was not cheap, unfortunately this company IS !
Sort your company out and your refund policy for shoddy goods !

Ordered a large bunch for Mother’s Day and it was ridiculously small despite paying £50 and according to my mum it lasted less than a week :( I complained and they only offered £10 off another bunch

I ordered flowers which did not arrive…

I ordered flowers which did not arrive on the specified day, missing a birthday. When they arrived they were past their best, and not a very impressive bunch for the money paid. Some stems were broken and in all just a very disappointing experience. I won’t use them again.

Outstanding Customer Service
I was not entirely satisfied with the bouquet which was received, however I received a response to my concerns within 15minutes and another bouquet was sent for the earliest possible time as replacement. Communication was excellent and the replacement bouquet was exactly what I ordered. I feel completely confident in the professional services which have been delivered and I would recommend this florist highly.

I received a bouquet for Mothers Day

I received a bouquet for Mothers Day, I did not know which of my children sent the flowers as there was no message inside. The bouquet arrived on the Monday, day after Mothering Sunday. It was delivered by Royal Mail and the date on the postage label was the Saturday.
My daughter sent the flowers and told me she went with this company as it was guaranteed it would arrive on the Saturday, which I believe is when it was posted as per the label. The flowers were absolutely awful, after taking them from the box and removing the paper three of the of the carnations were snapped off and all of the roses petals were brown at the edges. There was more twigs and gold sprayed leaves than flowers and the rest of it was wilted so goodness knows how long they were in the box for. They lasted less than a week. It seems to me they took orders and couldn’t cope and I’m not the only one, the reviews were dreadful and wish my daughter had read them first. Absolutely disgusting.

Product was poor in size of bunch…

Product was poor in size of bunch compared to what was advertised. This is a business that is focused on profit and not on customer service. I gave the company a chance to look at what went wrong with my individual order in case it was just the florist that fulfilled the order. They were quick to reply asking for pictures but once reviewed said they were of adequate size. They looked so sparse in flowers. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE for gifts that you want to be worth the money

Mother’s Day bouquet

My son sent me a bouquet for Mother’s Day, last Sunday
When I sent him a picture, he said it looks nothing like the one advertised
A few roses, tulips, cheap lilies that never bloomed , and one gypsophila
When he told me how much he paid for it, I was flabbergasted!!
Told him never to use Haute again
And please don’t tell me how to look after flowers!

Two very poor condition bouquets received that clearly were expensive

I received two separate bouquets of flowers on Mothers Day, both were ordered online, individually by my son & daughter who don’t live near me. Both were clearly expensive bouquets. One arrived at lunchtime and one at 6pm. Both were seemingly packaged well but open opening were not in the best condition with a lot of broken foliage and leaves. I removed these and added the solution to the water as advised but did think both bouquets looked rather sorry for themselves. A week later and they didn’t pick up. Tulip leaves have gone yellow; all the roses are droopy and not opened with tinges of brown to the edges. The foliage is near dead. The only flowers that look ok are the carnations. The freesias either haven’t opened or look as though they’re weeks old. I’m so disappointed and feel sad that two of my children seemingly wasted their money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend just this company again
