This was truly a magical experience shopping for our daughter Lottie’s prom dress today. An extraordinary selection of dreamy prom dresses to cater for all tastes in an array of colours and styles. A well organised operation with superb customer service and attentiveness. Our stylist Mags was an absolute star giving Lottie faultless attention and guidance. To say this was Mags’ first day on the job just after training, was a genuine surprise as we thought she’d been in the position for considerable time, a real asset and natural! Lucy was also a first class support and her working behind the scenes didn’t go unnoticed making the process very slick indeed. Well done to both! The opulent dressing room makes for an even more special environment. This wasn’t at all stressful and an absolute joy to experience. Lottie left on a high having chosen her dream dress! Had a great experience when we visited. The rooms were so pretty, as soon as we walked into the reception room it was a jaw dropper. The staff were very nice and polite which was very comfortable compared to other clothing stores.
Our stylist was Alina and she was very nice, she helped us find a room of dresses when we did not know where to go, and she was very helpful on finding what we were looking for, when trying on the dresses she was there ready to help if needed and did not rush you while getting changed. She has great energy!

staff were lovely, had the time of my life, gorgeous dresses and wonderful experience , our stylist was marganda and she was lovely took great care of us and made us feel very welcome, nothing was to much trouble for her she made us feel very special, thank you so much!!

Perfect experience. We had a great time and our daughter was made to feel really special. Mags was amazing!! Extremely patient and running up and down the stairs trying her hardest to ensure lily had the perfect dress. We picked 5 dresses to try but we ended up with 2 that mag had picked out herself!! We was told by the lady on the till it was mags first day on her own. You wouldn't have been able to tell. Extremely professional and made everyone feel comfortable. Really good set up and plenty to choose from. Thanks again mags!!

We travelled to RCR from Manchester, well worth the trip! Sammy and the girls was so helpful and nothing was too much for them to do for you. They made the whole experience better than our expectations. The whole appointment was exceptionally well organised and situated in such beautiful grounds. My daughter tried on as many dresses as she wanted until she found the right one and it made all the difference to have your own little changing room and area to try on, this privacy made it feel like an extra special experience. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for the dress to arrive!!!!

Great welcome by all, Familiar was dedicated to finding the right dress for my daughter, who is exceptionally picky, but Camilla listened everything she liked or disliked about the ones she tried on and found the perfect one for her. Abi on reception was lovely and welcoming also.

Absolutely incredible experience at RCR got the most stunning dress! Wasn’t stressful staff were amazing my stylist - MOLLY- was lovely and so helpful. Definitely recommend her as a stylist she really helped find my perfect dress and I’m so grateful. THANK YOU!!

We had a very nice experience with lovely service by a staff member called Ava. She was very attentive and helped me dicide what type of dress I wanted without being pushy or rushing us, everyone was so nice and very pleased with the service.

We arrived there with a warm welcome from receptionist Camilla. Who explained everything very clearly and was happy to help you if you had any questions. Our stylists were Emily/ Graice and what a fantastic job they did, My daughter is quite shy and didn't even want to go because she felt silly. I asked if she wanted me in the changing rooms helping her she said no and let the girls in to help her, so they must have made her feel very comfortable.
Someone came round offering out water and sweets to everyone, Great job done by all the girls there.
We had a lovely day and a fantastic experience.

i found my prom dress today with the help from two amazing girls,Amelie and Mags-they made my experience a lot more memorable and made me feel so confident in every dress while also giving me helpful advice.would recommend this shop to any prom girl 💖

Came today with Grace for her prom dress. We had Helen and Lily help us, what an outstanding morning we had, these two girls went above and beyond to make sure my girl left beaming. Couldn’t fault them on anything the choices were all stunning. Thank you both so much
