Product quality... Not a cheap knock off
I've only had the product a couple of weeks so this isn't about the results just yet... It's more about the quality of the product. I was worried about the amount of cheap knock off type units on the market but this definitely isn't one of those and a special nod to the power unit. I charged it when first receiving the unit and have used the product every day/night since. The power pack hasn't flinched and is still reading full bars. Excellent quality and I hope the results are as pleasing

I just wanted to clarify a few points regarding your comment.
Our product is not being misrepresented in any way — in fact, it’s commonly recommended as part of the aftercare following a hair transplant. Many surgeons advise red light therapy to support recovery and stimulate new growth post-surgery.
As for Kieran Hayler, he has shared his honest and unpaid review of our product, and he’s been transparent on his social media about both his hair transplant and his use of red light therapy to support results. There’s no misleading narrative here — just genuine user experience.
AVOID! They tried everything to avoid giving a refund.
AVOID!! Product stopped working within a few weeks and I asked for a replacement or refund, they made it so difficult, they were clearly trying to avoid providing either. I purchased through Amex and luckily they organised a refund for me but this disreputable business tried and tried to avoid returning my money even though I’d returned the product. They then blocked me on social media, tells you what sort of people they are. AVOID!

Just to clarify we did offer multiple solutions including a replacement and refund, and we made every effort to resolve the situation fairly. Our team followed policy and responded promptly throughout, and we’ve documented the entire conversation to ensure full transparency.

HUGE fee to return & Poor Product
Product has weak LEDs so will not work. When you try to do the “free return” they want to deduct 30%(>£50) for processing fees. Pathetic company.
