I bought one 6 years ago, when I had an arthritis flare up , and was absolutely desperate , it’s brilliant I have recommended to so many people and have taken it to my customers to let them try and all of them have gone in to buy one . Even my husband uses it regularly…….

Chosing to purchase a therapeutic red light came about after suffering a severe car accident that left me broken on my left side. I was immobile for months thinking I may never walk again that's when I learned the benefits of red light therapy. I found The Redlightman's site while researching red light therapy and found his site to be very informative as to the what it is, why you benefit and how you should use it. My light is well constructed beautifully made. I've dropped it twice and it's perfect made to last. Customer service is good. I highly recommend any light from The Redlightman.

I bought a combo light from Red Light man. When I received it, I found that one of the brass hooks at the back had been bent, although the box in itself was in good shape overall. I then contacted Joe at Red Light Man and much to my surprise, a replacement was on it's way before I even had time to ask for it (i.e. I was at work and had sent an email before going to work). The new unit came timely and undamaged.

The combo light in and of itself, is every bit as great as I'd thought. I just love it. It's simple, powerful and overall pretty darn convenient. I also own a large panel and surprisingly, I find that my combo light does better than this last at getting rid of pain and inflammation. At least, it does it faster and a little better than my big panel.

Tldr ; The product is great and so is the customer service.

I was in touch with the company a few months before buying the product which came highly recommended from a doctor that I trust. My emails were replied to very quickly, and each time my questions were answered with great care and in detail, offering to answer any further questions I had.

When I did order, my light arrived in good time, packaged well and I love it! I haven't been using it that long so I can't comment yet on effects but I am looking forward to trying it and I know there is a lot of good research done into the science behind them.

Very surprised to see some bad reviews here, (and after reading the responses, it seems that most, if not all of them, are unfair).

From start to finish Joe gave excellent customer service and product. I initially emailed with an enquiry and had an immediate reply from Joe. I then bought the red light suitable for my needs and I am very happy with it.The light quality I feel is better than if I had purchased from others that I had previously researched. Joe gives detailed information both on the website and through emails which were almost instant replies every time. My item arrived within 7 days and when I first tracked my parcel and saw the courier had delivered it but didn't leave a card / text to say they had left it in my garden shed. Joe responded within minutes to my panicked email and located my parcel for me. Happily the courier had left a note with the tracker to say where it was. The courier's actions had kept my parcel dry from the torrential rain that day. If I needed a different red light any time in the future, I would buy again from Red Light Man, excellent products, excellent service.

I'd been searching for a Near InfraRed / Red light lamp for a long time. I was so happy when I found Red Light Man.The website has tons of incredible research about the many diverse health benefits of this light therapy. I've just received my first lamp–which is beautifully made and a pleasure to use. The customer service (answering all my needy emails) has been fast and professional and so helpful for someone new to this technology. And though I live a long way away my lamp arrived lightening quick. Will write more after I've had a chance to use the lamp for a month or so.

Really helpful, friendly service and excellent products. I contacted Red Light Man a year after buying one of their lights for my husband's back to ask advice about treating a recent ligament injury. They responded straight away with some really helpful information and advice about treating my injury. Would highly recommend this company.

Sadly no customer service. I emailed several times regarding a purchase enquiry but failed to get back to me. Shan’t be shopping here!

So far so good. I recently purchased two devices to help with fertility for myself & my partner for the next round of IVF. I've inundated Joe with questions about the device and he's been so friendly and helpful. Individual one to one support is so rare these days it's very refreshing.

I've had a red light from Red Light Man for over 4 years now. I've emailed for advice over the years and always got a helpful reply.
This has been used for anti-aging mainly but also for arthritis in my dog. I've been very pleased overall and the light is still going strong with regular use over years.

Failed to reply to multiple emails. No number to call. Big fat thumbs down.

Really happy with my red light 670 device. There are so many cheap alternatives but in order to penetrate your skin you will need an intense light source. Joe patiently answered my questions and sent the same day I ordered. This is how to run a business - with passion and commitment.

Great product and customer service. I ordered the Combo Light, my first ever red light product and I felt it did help a bit with pain. I realised I wanted a product that could cover more of my body, so returned it within the 30day period. Joe was helpful and knowledgable about red light therapy, and the refund was easy and prompt.

I ordered a red lamp from Redlightman after asking Joe lots of questions and he guided me to the most suitable lamp for my needs.
The lamp has been fantastic but developed a fault and Joe replaced it immediately as it is within the warranty period.

I have purchased two red/infrared devices from RedLightMan in the past 18 months. One is small and the other is the large body panel combo light.

I have had great customer service from this company and recommend them to all my friends who are interested in red light therapy with optimal wavelengths. They became interested after noticing the quality of my skin! I am 76 years old and have almost no wrinkles and no texture problems.

I've recently bought the Infrared 830 device on Joe's recommendation after asking a zillion questions. Joe was really helpful in advising the best products for my personal circumstances and gave detailed responses. We had some issues with delivery (don't choose the DHL option!). DHL didn't come to collect the parcel from Joe so he personally delivered it to the depo. DHL then refused to collect the parcel because it hadn't gone through the right channels (because DHL hadn't collected it). Joe refunded my delivery charge without me even having to ask because I'd paid for 1-2 day delivery. He then personally went to collect the parcel and resent it with another courier and it was received yesterday. Joe went out of his way to get the package to me and I am grateful to him for this. I've used the device for the first time this morning and hope to get some good results from it.

I recently contacted Joe to purchase a Red light. Joe suggested the best light for my purpose and even contacted me post order because id ordered the wrong one and Joe knew from our conversation. He updated the order to send me the right one and provided lots of reading on the areas I required the light for (muscle trigger points and skincare). Really great customer service, great company and a fantastic solid combo light. I'd certainly recommend.

If there was a less than one star category, you would get it.

I specifically needed this lamp, asap, hence the most expensive shipping method...and yes, it actually got to my continent but somehow managed to get a shipping label on it in Tennessee USA with a delivery address to Canada? Scam?? Out money and still in pain.,.Furious...THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I have just purchased a red-light device from the Red Light Man and so far it has been an extremely positive experience. The customer service has been second to none, all my queries about what light would be best for the issues I wanted to treat were answered comprehensively and promptly.
The most urgent reason for wanting a red-light device was to treat a knee-ligament injury and so far I have noticed positive results: I have less pain and more movement in the affected area so I will definitely be trying it out on other parts.
