There were issues with the local carrier and the item was twice sent back due to negligence on the courier's behalf. Red Light Rising was highly responsive to the issue and took care to follow up with me until the item arrived safely, on the third attempt.
Poor customer service & marketing…
I keep getting emails from Red light Rising saying I have left items in my cart and then follow up emails saying we have had to remove the items from your cart. This is really poor customer service and sneaky marketing ploy. I have never added any items into my cart, only just looked at the product on their website. Please stop these irritating tactics, its a very poor look for the company

No quibble replacement.
The switch on my leg wrap developed a fault after using it for 6 months. I got in touch with RLR to ask about having it repaired. They asked for a video of the problem which I sent and having received it they sent me a replacement within days. I was really pleased with this level of customer care. I love my wrap. It has helped me to heal a calf injury.

I got my Redlight 6 months ago and now it’s part of my daily morning routine. It’s wakes up my mind and body for the day and because I’m always up before the sun it’s acts as my sunrise.
I also use it for recovery post workout and injury rehab.
Everyone should own one. Yes it’s a lot of money but the pay back for your health is worth it

Wish I could rate this 0 stars! My experience over the last year (but particularly the last couple of months) has been beyond frustrating. The customer service team often totally ignore your messages and provide a myriad of excuses in order to avoid resolving my issue - a suspected faulty wiring issue that was first encountered over a year ago now. I have been promised contact with the fulfillment team and 48 hours responses after months of little to no contact on their end, both of which never happened. I paid over 1k for this kit which they happily took but dont seem willing to reimburse for a faulty product! Avoid. The current excuse is that the manufacturer has been off over Lunar New Year which is fair except what about all the other months that you were 'looking into this'!? Very disappointed. I spent a long time saving for this product to support some ongoing health issues and now I cant use it as intended. Whilst the product was working I adored it but unfortunately I feel very let down by a company that wont support you quickly or efficiently when their products go wrong.

Muy mala experiencia con Red Light Rising.
Realicé un pedido que incluía dos productos. La primera máquina tardó casi un mes en llegar, fuera del plazo indicado.
La segunda máquina debía venir incluida en el paquete 1 y nunca llegó. Nadie me informó previamente de que los envíos se realizarían por separado. Solo me enteré de que supuestamente venían en paquetes distintos cuando pregunté al respecto, tras comprobar que faltaba parte del pedido.
Han pasado ya dos meses. Me facilitan números de seguimiento que no existen o no funcionan.
La falta de información, los retrasos y la gestión opaca del envío son inaceptables.
Exijo una solución inmediata: o realizan la devolución íntegra del importe pendiente o iniciaré las acciones legales correspondientes.
No recomiendo comprar hasta que mejoren su logística y atención al cliente.

Excellent products, which are really helpful (I have a Target Light 2.0 and a Red Light Therapy Wrap), and the customer service is also excellent in every way.
"Reddy" restored my health
The Red Light Rising team were helpful both pre and post purchase. Since the 2021 well known medical intervention, I have suffered from inflammation through out my body plus other unpleasant side effects. I had noticed that the problems would lessen when I was out in the sun a lot. So in March 25 I bought an Advantage 900 red light panel. In the UK you can't rely on the Sun! Over the following months the symptoms have reduced and all but disappeared by December. I subsequently bought a wrap so I could go away and take a red light therapy device with me as I do not wish to return to my previous sorry state.

I finally received all my order after the owner was involved and sorted me out. Thanks Bryan. Im using and loving my red light panels almost everyday. Fantastic product.
I don't complain or write bad reviews.... BUT having placed a large order in September, i have received some of it - in parts and late, and still waiting for the stand is just not acceptable. Advised there was a 5 week delay in September, and after chasing them i'm now advised next year.. Im sure it will be good when I get it, but they need to improve their logistics and communications. Buy elsewhere if you can.
