Assistenza praticamente inutile

Assistenza praticamente inutile e fuorviante. La chat è piena di bot che ti rimandano alle email. Le email rispondono dopo mesi e mesi. I caricatori dei telefoni sono scadenti e si rompono dopo neanche un mese, e se va bene te li cambiano con marche non redmagic. Personalmente sto vivendo un incubo con loro perché mi hanno addebitato due volte lo stesso importo per il telefono. Statene alla larga, anche perché molte aziende di benchmark hanno scoperto che barano con i test e la scheda tecnica è uno specchio per le allodole.

Manipulation of customer service data and deletion of evidence

​I am writing this to warn every potential customer about RedMagic and their repair partner, VSP DATA.
​I have clear evidence of documentary fraud. Service protocols were falsified to hide massive repair delays (nearly a month gap between the actual GLS pickup and the "official" start date on their documents). This is a deliberate manipulation of KPIs at the expense of consumer rights.
​When I provided side-by-side proof on their official Reddit and Discord, their response wasn't to help, but to permanently ban me and censor the truth. 1,300 people saw the evidence before they deleted it.
​350+ files have been submitted for audit regarding these fraudulent practices. RedMagic chooses censorship over accountability. I am still waiting for my Golden Saga and Nova Tablet. Buyer beware: if something goes wrong, they will lie to your face and then block you.

The worst support and service I've ever experienced. Be prepared to say goodbye to your money dealing with this clown show.

Customer support just ignore you or send a generic response repeatedly when a product "goes missing". Royal mail and the person delivering it both admit fault and that they lost/misplaced it. Nubia? Oh give us 8 or so weeks and we'll see what happens. No. No chance.
Nubia "oh we're conducting and investigation so we'll let you know in 5 to 7 weeks. " Nah.

That. Rinse and repeat. Shady practices and the worst customer care you can receive. The rest of the responses were ever worse and I have every email saved of they need to be shown.

Shitty customer service

Horrible customer service.
I bought redmagic 11 pro and camera was shit. When request to return but they denied and offer to repair. It's brand new phone why are they asking to repair like it's been 1 years old. It's brand new phone with shitty camera.

Habe denn REDMAGIC 10 PRO damals vorbestellt und muss echt sagen das Handy ist sehr sehr gut.

Fette Pluspunkte das es mit ein Schnell Ladegerät mit eine so naja Hülle kommt mit ein coolen Kabeln das zum Handy passt.

Wenn man kaum die Kamera benutzt und ab und zu zockt und sehr viel Akku haben möchte dann ist man hier richtig.

Der Support antwortet sehr schnell (wenn man außerhalb des Live chat schreibt)

REDMAGIC 11 por wird demnächst mit Studenten Rabatt gekauft kann es kaum abwarten :D

Red magic 10 quite possibly the worst one they've made

I've had red magic phones since the red magic 7 of now got the red magic 10 well it doesn't want to open apps you have to delete the app put it back on for it to open and it's always the important apps like your bank or delivery this is possibly the worst phone that red magic have ever made and I am a big red magic fan as I said since Red magic 7 up to Red magic 10 I was going to get the more expensive one but I'm deciding against it if it's if this red magic 10 is anything to go by

Worst experience of my life total scam

Phone broke in 17 days been on customer support for over a month before they decide to fix it lie after lie after lie sent it in customs stop it they dont communicate with customs or pay the tax so customs sends it back on a boat 3 to 4 month wait ive seen the customs report they refused to pay or talk they pretend it's all customs and they have nothing to do with it but its them that denied contact and they get away with no cost so they dont have a warranty they do it over and over again until warranty runs out do not buy these phones

Lo smartphone è bello è a tutto schermo senza il foro che indica la camera frontale buona memoria sia RAM che Rom, ma quando ho ricevuto una telefonata, è entrato in modalità gioco senza permettermi di rispondere! E, non c'è stato modo di uscire dal gioco se non quello di fare un reset di fabbrica! Reinstallando di nuovo le App che avevo trasferito dal vecchio dispositivo. Perdendo tutto! Sicuramente mi è davvero dispiaciuto restituirlo e chiedere il rimborso. Ma sono stato costretto.

I have NO idea what people in here are talking about.. I bought my first Redmagic phone last month and I've never been more happy with a phone in my entire life! I also had several encounters with their customer support and I've been blown away by their help! First I just asked about my phone cause it was 4 weeks delivery but they prioritized my phone and I got it after only 2 weeks. Secondly the charger stopped working, no questions asked from Redmagic, they sent me a new charger which will arrive today! Honestly can't recommend this company enough, they are really taking care of their clients! Especially compared to iFruit....

Redmagic knowingly sells devices that don't work.

I was sold a device that was supposed to work with major United States carriers. I am not carrier hopping for fun. I have AT&T and tried Verizon. This phone works with neither. AT&T actively boots it off after a system update, and Verizon would not even activate the device. I spend 5 (FIVE) hours dealing with this with Verizon only to be told that the phone won't work. Do NOT buy their devices. They're cool, they work well, but they don't work as phones. They don't actually do the TWO functions they absolutely have to to constitute a phone - calling and texting. I wanted to get out of Samsung, I don't like google phones, and iPhones are... well... iPhones. I wanted something different. A cool phone with a headphone jack, sign me up. Nope, doesn't work. Don't buy this trash, don't support this company.

The translations are abysmal as well. It has chinesium all over the UI.

If you break your screen


If you break your screen, it's impossible to find a replacement! Redmagic support asked me €332 for a screen, which is extremely expensive. I won't buy from them again; they could at least offer replacement parts for less than that!
This is unacceptable, never have any problems with your phone, the parts are impossible to find and not at all managed by the site!

Posting this because aMy RedMagic India import nightmare: undervalued invoice, customs hold, ₹10k penalty (DDP saved me) lot of people…

Posting this because a lot of people asked me about my RedMagic import experience to India. If you’re planning to buy one — read this fully.

What I ordered
Device: RedMagic 11 Pro (16GB / 512GB) + Shadow Blade Gamepad 3

Order value: USD 1,206.27

Paid via: ICICI Credit Card

Shipping: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Courier: FedEx

Route: Hong Kong → Bangalore

What I actually paid (real cost)
USD charge converted to INR: ~₹1,08,000

ICICI forex markup + GST: ~₹4,000

Total amount debited: ~₹1,12,000+ INR

This ₹4k is purely bank-side charges, but it still matters because Customs looks at proof of payment, not just seller invoices. I submitted this bank statement as evidence.

What went wrong
Despite paying full value, the commercial invoice attached to the shipment declared only ~USD 383.

This caused:

Immediate customs detention in Bangalore

FedEx raising a value mismatch

Customs treating this as undervaluation

Weeks of emails, calls, and document submissions

This invoice was not created by me. It came from the shipper (JOR Technology Ltd, linked to RedMagic).

Timeline highlights
I explicitly asked RedMagic before ordering if the declared invoice value would match what I paid.

Their response was vague (“final price at checkout”, “we’ll help if customs asks”).

Shipment arrived → held by customs.

FedEx demanded:

Order confirmation

Bank statement (including forex charges)

Credit card debit proof

Customer-side commercial invoice

Declaration letters

Customs allowed BE amendment (low → high value) but imposed a ₹10,000 penalty.

Who paid the ₹10,000 penalty?
Not me.

Because:

Shipment was DDP

Invoice undervaluation was shipper’s fault

I had full payment proof

FedEx confirmed the penalty would be billed back to the shipper.

Final outcome
Customs accepted corrected value: USD 1,206.27

Penalty charged to shipper

Shipment released after weeks of delay

Delivery that should’ve taken 3–4 days took weeks

Important lessons for Indian buyers
Ask in writing before ordering: “Will the declared commercial invoice value EXACTLY match what I pay?”

Only choose DDP shipping If this was DDU/DAP, I would’ve paid the ₹10k penalty myself.

Save bank statements Forex markup + GST does matter during customs valuation.

RedMagic knows this happens Their support literally said: “If customs holds it, we’ll provide documents.”

Final verdict
Phone: excellent

Global shipping ops: broken

India import experience: mentally exhausting

If you’re importing RedMagic to India — be prepared, or don’t do it.

I wish I could rate them lower.

I wish I could rate them lower. They are such a terrible company to deal with, any gaming performance enhancements done to devices are simply not worth the hassle.

For returns processed from purchases in other countries, they make you ship it back to China, while they lie on the customs declaration paperwork, which is fraud.

Ho acquistato il redmagic 11 pro e devo dire che l azienda è stata veloce sia a risolvere il problema con l indirizzo sia con la velocità a spedire il prodotto.
E che dire con il prodotto
Ha superato ogni aspettativa.
Velocissimo su ogni punto di vista è il fatto che ci sia il jack delle cuffie e un audio e qualità immagine veramente pazzeschi

they do not have a shipment either they will investegate if you have problem with the shipment or your order, better to no buy the product, there much more better product than the RedMagic products!
