I bought a Galaxy watch from Red Rock it developed a fault. Red Rock immediately replied to my message and when they received the watch back they replaced it straight away. I am very pleased with my new one. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely buy from them again.

Be careful
They disappointed by this seller on their eBay shop. I would have an item on the first still hasn't arrived and it's now the 12th. I've requested a refund numerous times and I just get a standard message. Absolute abysmal service can highly recommend you don't go there, they are quick enough to blame their courier, which is the Royal mail unexpected me to be happy with this? The situation still has been unresolved if I could get less than one star I certainly would

We’re sorry that your order was lost in transit and completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for an item that doesn’t arrive.
We would, however, like to clarify that we were actively involved throughout this case and the messages you received from us were not standard automated responses. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, a parcel being lost within the postal network is outside of our direct control. Despite this, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
When the issue was raised through eBay, eBay placed the case on hold as they felt that insufficient time had passed to determine that the parcel was lost. Despite this, we contacted eBay directly and asked them to close the case early so that your refund could be processed without any further delay and you were refunded in full.
We’re sorry that the delivery failed on this occasion, but we did everything available to us to bring the matter to a resolution as quickly as possible.

Got me an Amazon Firestick Ethernet adapter and I must admit it works amazing! No more lagging when internet traffic is heavy.
It didn’t arrive on time with no fault of theirs, but after I reached out, they contacted EVRI and had it sorted immediately. Kudos to the RedRockUK team!

Great aftercare service
I purchased a new out of the box Samsung Phone from this company via ebay. It turned up when promised and looks brand new as promised even though the model is a few years old now.
I had an issue setting it up - updating the watch face and I contacted their team who helped me right away. It took lots of communication and they did all they could to sort it for me or I could send it back. Between them and me, we got the issue sorted and so I wanted to say how impressed I was with the aftercare service. I would definitely buy from these guys again!

Bought a ring doorbell (great price btw) and after about 6 months it developed a software issue. They talked me through how to reset the software which only worked for about a month so replaced it FOC with no issue and also free postage which is brilliant.

Total wrong description of supplied goods...
I recently purchased a eero 6+ Router from Red Rock through their Ebay site, it was advertised as "Customer returns" I received this Router within 3 days, it was in an unmarked box, upon opening and checking the contents I immediately noticed that the supplied plug in the wall power adapter was not an original eero one, eero recommend, as most manufacturers do, to use their own OEM genuine part, the one supplied was a cheap Chinese knock off. The Router itself looked well worn to put it mildly, I was not at all happy so researched the used eero market, their is a lot of information available on many sites and a lot are stating that many of these Routers are in fact ex returned used equipment from Broadband contracts. You can actually telephone eero support, which I did and gave them the serial number to check who purchased it when new, mine was actually purchased by - CK Hutchinson Holdings - 3 Broadband in other words! I asked if this would effect the reliability of the Router (having 3 Broadband firmware installed) and was told by the support agent that in fact this could eventually cause problems and indeed stop working! I was very annoyed that the description from Red Rock was totally different from what eero support was informing me. I immediately packed up the equipment and arranged a returns Label on from the Ebay site. I would recommend contacting eero support, it was quick and easy to do, to find out if in fact it is a genuine retail sold returns or an wholesale purchase by one of the many Broadband Companies...BUYER BEWARE, check the history of these second hand goods!

The eero was sold as a customer-return, rather than as new, and our listing explains that these units may show signs of previous use. It also specifically states that compatible non-original accessories may be supplied, so the adapter and cosmetic condition described in the review are consistent with the condition and contents advertised.
Regarding the information provided by eero about the unit previously being associated with Three Broadband, we source our stock through legitimate suppliers and have sold a large number of these devices. We have seen no evidence from our customers or our own experience to suggest that they will subsequently stop functioning because of a previous association with Three.
Every unit we sell is also covered by our 12-month warranty, so if a fault were to develop, the customer would be covered.
We completely understand that, having received and inspected the item, you decided it wasn’t right for you and arranged a return. We’re sorry that the condition and supplied adapter didn’t meet your expectations, and we’ll take your comments on board. We do try to make these aspects as clear as possible in our listings so customers know what to expect when purchasing customer-return stock.

Excellent service. Ordered a Blink outdoor camera for half it's recommended price and must admit was sceptical. I had no need to worry. It may have come without the fancy box but everything was in order and it was up and running in 10 minutes. Great contact re delivery time scale. Highly recommend.
