good..that were unlimited km travel that the plus...but the excess are too high. ofcourse no one expected anything to happen during vacation.if you can consider it.....hope to see you again but in different state.

Our flights were cancelled from Prosperine to Sydney due to flooded roads and cyclone warning. Redspot was incredibly helpful in finding us the best deal as we were wanting to extend the rental and return the car in Brisbane. Redspot was able to waive all fees for returning in a different location and during a stressful time ensure we bought the most appropriate insurance which proved crucial as on the trip our windscreen was chipped by a rock. The return was so easy, with minimal paperwork and no excess payment required. It honestly made an otherwise disastrous trip so much better. Highly recommend the rental and also purchasing the accompanying insurance.

The lady (Lena) that served us was delightful and managed to get us out of a bind as our booking with another agency had just simply not happened (they closed their office and didn't tell us) and we were stranded. It looked like there were no cars available and we left, but she chased us down the path to tell us one had just come back. She gave us a reasonably competitive price (hire cars are expensive around Christmas) and had us on our way in no time. Loved her customer service!

The friendly, courteous staff and the speed in which the transaction took from start to finish.

We use a particular car rental place fortnightly. This last ti,e we booked the car a day after our arrival at the airport and we were told we could not be helped, even when one staff memebr felt we could get the car back in time for a booking the following day. We walked over to Red Spot and explained the circumstances to Rita & Adele and they went above and beyond to get us into a car, even though they had back to back bookings. Amazing support and service.

Rental it's not my last the pricing was very reasonable for a walk in price ,and no bond was a +.
