Here's some context for anyone reading.

This order was placed on Christmas Day (25th December) for a server with a stated 5-day delivery window. Like most companies, our sales, billing, and administrative teams were on scheduled holiday leave.
Only technical emergency staff were available during this period and they do not have the authority to process sales or billing queries.

Even though the client was rude and aggressive towards our staff, New server orders are not emergencies, and we were not willing to pull our team away from their holidays to expedite one. The delivery timeline communicated at the time of purchase remained unchanged.

We're sorry the holiday timing wasn't ideal, but we stand by our team's right to their time off.

To help clarify for you and for others reading this: your order was for an India-based server, which requires KYC verification as part of local compliance. Our team requested the necessary documents so we could activate the service, but since the verification couldn’t be completed, we were unable to move forward.

We completely understand that this can feel inconvenient, and we truly wish the process had been smoother for you. Your payment has already been fully refunded to the same wallet you used, and we hope that at least this part was quick and hassle-free.

It’s disheartening to see the word “scam” associated with us, especially when we work hard to keep our operations transparent and customer-centric. Still, we respect your feelings and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention - it helps us improve how we communicate requirements like KYC in the future.
