Amazing customer service! Very quick to respond and solve issues, if any arise. Kept me updated weekly on my order. The equipment itself was very easy to put together. I love mine, you feel the burn almost immediately! I wish there was a bit more tension but other than that it’s great!

I reached out to customer service to check on shipping estimates, and they responded very quickly! Also they followed up to make sure I knew when my pkg was shipped! Very satisfied with the service and the product.

I appreciate the fast response to my customer service request to cancel an order (that I sent within 30 minutes of placing the order). I could do without the “are you sure you really want to cancel?” requiring me to respond again with my request. It feels a little like trying to get out of a gym membership on a sitcom.

The package delivered had a completely different company name and specific model number. I found the product with other company and model number for about $100 less on Amazon. It was the exact same product. I contacted the company who claimed they manufacture "premium" products and the markup was worth the cost because of their warranty and product quality, despite showing screenshots with the listing for the same product on Amazon. I consider this very deceptive. I will be returning the product (and "free" gifts) for a refund.

The stepper arrived faster than the day that was supposed to be delivered, and I waited a little longer for the bands and massage gun, but everything has been really good and good looking as well, it’s a full work out, it does not take too much space in my living room and it’s easy to assemble and carry around with his light weight. I’ll recommend to my friends.

I didnt order one and now they are sending one after I told them I didnt order one. I found a cheaper one. I dont need 2 in the house.

Sent it back. Made too much noise and didn’t seem to glide smoothly.
