Great customer service and prompt response to my order inquiry!

Thank you very much for your very prompt response and all of your help. I do appreciate it very much. I was missing part of my order and the issue got escalated. My order will now arrive in 2 days. I love that i didn't have to wait a day for a response when I contacted the company, they responded right away. I will be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased the squat machine and was supposed to get 4 free gifts, I received the machine but not my gifts yet … I reached out to company and received immediate reply and information on the gifts.

I reached out to customer service because on my end the tracking info was not updated so I sent a message and they replied to my concerns ASAP! I’m excited because for a minute i was thinking I had gotten scammed but no it’s a legit buy!

They answered immediately and refunded my account.

I purchased the Walking Pad and was immediately excited about getting it! Then, once I received it, I unboxed it, plugged it in and got an error message that read "E15". I contacted them and let them know about the error message, sent them a video and had a new one sent to me (free of charge) a week and half later!

I highly recommend buying this product. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. I started walking around the track field for a while during my son's track practice but I was not feeling confident at all. The Walking Pad was the best decision for me to purchase and be able to walk in the comfort of my own home without feeling "seen". Also, during the hot summer months here in the DMV, is not recommended to be outside due to the heat warnings/advisories.

If you are on the fence about purchasing this item, go for it! It is one the best investments I have made this far this year! 1,000% Customer Satisfaction!

I love that it's convenient that I can do this in the comfort of my home. It's helpful and it's keeping me on my exercise regime. Can't wait to start seeing the results.

Never got all my free gifts. Was given the run around since I first complained. Don't show me a delivery picture....yes the equipment was delivered and 2 of the 4 gifts. That box in the picture did not have all my gifts in it. All I wanted was the book but it never came. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. The equipment is not that great nor worth the price. Shipping took way to long. Don't buy from this shady company!!!

It really is like a heavy step ladder. I am taller so I wish the handlebars went up a tad higher. I feel like I slouch a tad bit. The tracker is a little hard to navigate but for the cost it gets the job done. I dont trust the calorie tracker on these.
The ab crunches is awkward movements at first but I feel sore muscles when im done so something is happening. If you want bang for your buck- and you dont work out now, get the stepper. The ab cruncher is nice but you cant do as long of a workout. At least with the stepper you can go longer to burn more calories.
The setup was actually easy. My 14 year old and I got it done quick. Overall I am happy I have these more accessible so I have less excuses to skip working out.

You see these ads and don't expect much since the rest of them are usually either a scam or just not as advertised. This was not the case while working with Reforme. Not only was the equipment as advertised but they were quick to respond, quick to fix any error and great customer service.

The equipment is great. I got the climber for my wife and I was testing it out and it doesn't take long to start feeling a burn. And for such a cheap price, easy to set up, Very mobile unlike the big bulky electrical ones. This is the right choice of you have limited room and not the thousands the others cost.

I would highly advise against the purchase. Equipment is disappointing quality (better suited for my 11yr olds) and you are stuck with it once you buy it, even though they claim they have a return policy.
You can return, if in original packaging- in assembled… which, how would you know if you like the product or not if you can’t try it first?

Equipment looks strong and well built, will update upon further usage (mostly for cardio since injury my knee ).
Doesn’t take up space either .
