New favourite kbeauty company!
I've ordered from refresh skincare a couple of times now and both times have been impressed with the prices and delivery times! Delivery is also free over £15 so no complaints there! I'll continue to order from them once I've run out of my favourite products. 💛💛

Never received my order
Never received my order. I am still waiting since 12/09/2022 and I am very upset.
I work from home literally in the living room and it is an end house so anyone who turns in I can see them, I hear the door but no one came to deliver. Post tracking is not updating as it should. I have ordered Korean skin care form other brands and never had this issue even when the product is coming from an Asian country I have been updated but this is something else

Sorry to hear you haven't received your order. I've just checked the update on the Royal Mail tracking and it says delivery was attempted on 16 September, and they were preparing for redelivery on 3 Oct. Royal Mail have been delayed by recent industrial action unfortunately and some post has been affected. You will need to follow the tracking link on your order confirmation and arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail. Products with refresh skincare are sold at a more affordable price compared to other retailers. The product was also delivered very quickly and in good condition. Would definitely order here again! Refresh skincare is a great site to order kbeauty from.
