Refundmate 

Refundmate (formerly Taxbuddi) received my tax rebate in Feb 2024 but I have yet to receive payment.
In May 2024 I received an email from Taxbuddi confirming that HMRC had put a freezing order on all payments. On 03/07/2024 I received another email confirming that the freezing order had been lifted.
On 02/09/2024 I was contacted by the Accounts Manager who said my payment was ready to be released. I sent him my bank details immediately but after two weeks of waiting and no payment I contacted him again only to find out that he was no longer working for Taxbuddi or Refundmate. He advised me to email info@taxbuddi and info@refundmate for an update which I did on 18/09 (and multiple times since) but I have yet to hear back.

Absolute SCAM My number got blocked from the agent and confirmed this himself when I called on a different number can't get through to anyone and haven't been paid, claim was over 6 month ago

Highly recommend Chris at RefundMate. I was abit sceptical at first but Chris went through the whole process, explained HMRC guidelines on business expenses I had previously paid for but had received no reimbursement from my employer. The whole process took about 2 months which was well worth it.

I have been struggling to contact my agent in regards to a compliance letter there has also been issues with others that have used her in regards to their tax code being changed. The email address provided on emails received from the company does not work and they also do not pick up the office phones I am currently in the process of cancelling my application via hmrc as I am not receiving any support from Kimberly or the company in general despite trying to contact them for over a week

I used Dan the man!! Great service very personable and i got paid! The first time was delayed due to HMRC however the payment was made eventually, no fault to Dan as these things happen. I have just put in for this years tax and was paid out very quickly. Great service, easily contactable and would defo recommend anyone to untilise this service!

The whole process was explained by Jack and maybe just a hour and a half of submitting and signing documents that’s all I had to do on my end and less that 10 weeks later I’ve received the money paid into my bank really helpful would highly reccomend for anyone looking to submit a tax return

I'd like to mention, that by using this service, it was completely painless throughout, but do get your paperwork in order, as I did miss one, or two things along the way. However, a Mr Robert Tripper was excellent throughout, giving me advice all the way, and bringing me up to date with my claim, as need be. I can highly recommend him, to those who may be seeking advice, in the way in which I did.

I had Rob Tipper helping me with my rebate he was really helpful gave me all the information I needed and was alway happy to answer my questions.

It took around a month to get the money in my account but that was due to the HMRC.

Would recommend using this company and Rob really helpful 🙂

Great experience dealing with this company. Rob Tipper was really helpful dealing with any queries and sorting my tax affairs. Would reccomended.

Rob was extremely helpful on our initial phone call and helped explain everything, which cleared up my understanding of the process.
Rob had great response times throughout the process and was able to answer every question and query that I had.
Rob was also great at checking in with me and keeping me updated on the process.
I have no negative points to make about my experience.
Overall, I would say that I had a very pleasant experience and the whole process was a lot quicker than I expected.

For anyone looking to get their entitlement back from HMRC, this is the go to website and people.

Rob Tipper was absolutely brilliant always available to answer questions and help out with any technicalities and guide you through this system of tax.

The only annoying thing was on the part of HMRC taking so long to address and refund the tax that I was owed.

It was all worth it in the end, even though it did take up to 12 months but again this was down to HMRC and not Rob and his colleagues.
