My initial experience wasn’t great. The agent who was dealing with my claim left and I had no idea what had happened to it. Then Michael picked up my claim and talked me through the process. Throughout he kept me up to date on calls and WhatsApp, and made the process really easy to follow. The timelines he gave me were realistic, and I just received my refund today.
