Excellent. Ordered a laptop over the Christmas period. Did not expect prompt action when they reopened 5 January after their break. However had a message late that day saying it had been sent via a 3 to 5 day courier. It arrived the next day. It was exactly as described, in very good condition with very good battery life.
Good value computer, knowledgeable staff and a well packaged item. 📦 😃

There was a small communication issue. But this was due to the fact I ordered over the Christmas period and there was no staff to reply to queries at the time.
Im lucky to live near this shop so popped in, the staff member was friendly and helpfull, the laptop is great with everything I need on it, I would definitely use again and recommend, 5 stars from me.
Excellent refurbished Computers. Delivered the next day. When it arrived, the laptop I purchased was even better than the specified details, and fantastic value for money 👍😀
I Ordered an AOC monitor for £30 which never recieved, tried contacting by phone number on their website no answer, tried emailing with no reply.
Luckily payed through Paypal so had a paypal payment receipt so raised a dispute through paypal for a refund which was awarded straight away
Cant help but feel they are scammers due to very poor service, no answers etc etc and awarded a refund near enough instantly through paypal ! Speaks volumes to me

I bought a 'refurbished' projector from refurbit’s eBay shop back in November 24. When I got it, it was filthy, it was clear nobody had made any effort to refurbish it. I cleaned the filters, even the I/0 ports were filled with compacted dust. But it was cheap, so I set about cleaning it.
I bought a new lamp for it, which cost half as much again, plugged it in and it was clear that the dirt was inside, all over the lens, obscuring the projection. It was useless to me because they can’t be cleaned inside.
I asked for a label, packed it up, and sent it back. I furnished Roland with all the details, but never received a refund. After many attempts to contact them, they never replied. Now they have turned off the messaging facility in eBay.
I have emailed them directly, no reply.
What a disgraceful way for a charity to behave. Bit of a joke really, as I am their target market, a disabled elderly woman with only the state pension.
