Always happy with regal dog products , excellent quality, I just got treats this time and my Bueno 🐕 absolutely loves them , Iv also got collar , harness and lead in the gold series and I always get stopped with Bueno people admiring her harness and patches as well as admiring my Buneo , thank you regal dog , always fast shipping too

absolutely crap customer service
absolutely crap customer service.
spent nearly £200 with this company for them to ignore all the emails ive sent over the last year.
the gold chain collar i bought from them stains my dogs white fur to a grey shade.
ive asked multiple times for assistance regarding this and theyve ignored me.

We responded to your original message when it was received but didn’t hear back. For clarity, we do mention on our website that plated items can occasionally leave light grey colouring, particularly on white fur, and recommend our Silver Chain as an alternative for those concerned. We appreciate the feedback.

My 3rd collar. Love the quality and design. The 5cm tactical looks fantastic on my European Dobermann. Always get asked where he is from and the collar !
Easy to order online.
Still have all 3 collars.
May go for another colour next time !!
Item arrived on time and very well packed plus in a lovely bag.

Regal is the only dog parlour in our recent years that we go back to
They actually listen to you and work out the best groom for your dog. So many groomers are happy to take your money just for a wash and dry .Really happy with how they groom our boy ,prices are on par with every one else, but service is the best in MK,RECOMENDED !*****
