Solent Grange.
We found Solent Grange after a chance conversation with a friend. We made an appointment and met Belinda from Regency Living.
We loved the Omar Ikon and eventually put a deposit on our dream home. We decided to use the Assisted Move option and was introduced to Darren.
The whole process took approximately 8 months. This was mainly due to our buyer organising an Architect, Surveyor and Structural Engineer and at one point they lost their buyer!
During this time we were supported fully by Darren and Belinda from Regency Living.
We love our new home, there is a lot more space than you realise. Solent Grange is a great site with fantastic views looking towards the IOW.
We feel very lucky.

Property at Upton
We came and look at some of the properties at regency living at Upton. We needed a property for our mum everyone is so friendly at the site and when we had problems with anything we spoke to aiden carter and he sorted it out very quickly and kept us up to date with everything and we did a part exchange on mum's place and we go for a walk on the site most days and everybody kept speaking to us and i think my mum will be very happy on this site thank you so much for everything

Reculver Court Kent
We were down in Kent on holiday, we just popped in to ask a few questions & have a look around. Met Lisa for the first time, her knowledge of the whole process of buying a park home was invaluable, explained that we are not in a position to buy at the present time, just gaining knowledge. Lisa took us through the whole process with time to answer any of our questions, the visit could not have gone any better & we will be sure to keep in touch.
What we liked was the time spent with Lisa was time well spent, if the park has homes for sale when we are ready we will be going back to Reculver Court & hopefully be dealing with Lisa again.

We have many issues with Regency Living…
We have many issues with Regency Living at this moment.
This stems from poor communication, poor management of the Solent Grange site , site not well maintained, promises broken.
Unfortunately at this time the list goes on.
I hope it improves, but I feel unless the attitude of the company changes I don't hold out much hope.

Everything we hoped it would be
From the moment we visited the development,we were made so welcome, everything was explained with patience and understanding. In particular,we would mention Tracey O'Brien, the Sales Exec at Meadowlands, Bude. She has supported us throughout the entire process, always going above and beyond. A real trooper with a ready smile and a good dose of humour.
The development is just what we were looking for in our autumnal years and the location is perfect, quiet ,friendly and the sunsets are stunning what's not to love.

Great service from Lisa, prompt information sent by email and gave me honest assessments of other rival sites, including a good review of one. The sales staff at the site I reserved a unit on, also had a high opinion of Lisa/Reculver Court.

My brother in law bought a Park Home from Regency Living at Meadowlands in Bude 16 months ago. The sales agent was Lisa Scales. Unfortunately he has just passed away but his family would like to take this opportunity to thank Lisa for all her help & advice to make the purchase & beyond go smoothly. I wish to highlight Julianne Rock’s exceptional customer services skills
I wish to highlight your sales advisor Julianne Rock who covers the Forest Edge park in Norfolk. This is potentially a site I am interested in for the future but because I live and work in North Wales it represents a near 600 mile round trip to view in person. Julianne completely understood this but went out of her way to make some videos for me to view on the size of the park home I was interested in together with some potential plots. I must commend her for her professionalism and dedication to her role. She made me feel at ease straight away and offered a really good appraisee if all the facts based on the many questions I had - sorry Julianne! Everything she said she would do she did promptly and demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills. She is a credit to your company.

A worrying time
We purchased a park home through a part-exchange scheme with Regency Living, and initially, the experience was very positive. The process at the beginning was smooth, and we felt confident and happy with our decision.
We moved in and started planning our retirement living in such a beautiful setting.
You can read our story on the Omar website and Regency have used us in a case study on their advertising campaign, which we were happy for them to do.
After spending a sizeable amount on perfecting our forever home, unfortunately we started to encounter problems with over hanging branches from the boundary of the park.
Our residents association team are working tirelessly to help resolve this issue which is ongoing but not looking hopeful.
Therefore, six months down the line, what started as a promising and reassuring move has turned into a worrying time for us.
My advice to anyone buying a property on Forest Edge Court would be:
Yes it is beautiful, friendly and a lovely place to live.
Just don't spend your hard earned money on a property on Bunnywood Drive backing onto the forest as you will have the threat and worry of branches falling onto your property and the risk of hurting us and our dog and ruining our lives.

We are, however, sorry to hear of your ongoing concerns regarding the overhanging branches along the boundary of Bunnywood Drive.
Following discussions with the Forestry Commission, Regency Living has been granted permission to undertake works to cut back the overhanging branches. However, after the Forestry Commission carried out their own assessment, the trees have not been deemed dangerous or at risk, and therefore such works are not considered necessary at this time.
While we recognise residents’ concerns regarding safety and the impact on their homes, we will continue to monitor the situation in line with the Forestry Commission’s guidance. We would also encourage any further concerns of this nature to be raised directly with the Forestry Commission as the responsible landowner.
We remain committed to maintaining the areas within our control to a high standard and to supporting residents where we are able within the scope of our responsibilities.
Regency Heights park home Poole, Dorset
We've e just moved to Regency Heights residential park home, the site manager Aiden has been great! Always helpful, attentive, friendly and caring. He has made the move so much easier than it might have been, because he listened to our needs. My husband has MND and struggles with his mobility, but Aiden has been kind and patiently waiting for him to mobilize. He's acted promptly when needed, and sorted out the little problems like arranging to have the water meter moved to accommodate the ramp needed for access to the decking for the wheelchair. I would highly recommend this site, and having such a lovely man managing it makes all the difference in the world.

We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Lisa at Reculver Court. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide clear, honest information.
Although we ultimately decided not to go ahead with the purchase, this was purely a personal decision, and not a reflection of the service we received. Throughout the process, she was supportive, patient, and never pushy, which we really appreciated.
It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering a home at Reculver Court.

From the first moment of meeting the…
From the first moment of meeting the representative Belinda, we immediately felt at ease and were confident of the information presented. We saw four homes for sale and there was one in particular that caught our attention. It instantly felt homely thanks to Belinda’s keen attention to detail.
This led to us making an offer there and then and yesterday, having been guided through the purchasing documents (9 days later!) we took possession of the keys for our next beautiful home.
