RipOff Co. They approve people that are poor with high interest rate. I paid on my car on the I me for 5yrs at$500 per month. Called for my title. Said none of my posts went towards my car ALL was going to interest. Still owed $17k for a car blu booked valued at $8000. Wish I could rate a ZERO

The worst company to work with. All there staff is rude to people and have no compassion. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are not easy to work with at all.

I had an auto loan. I paid it off. I moved three years ago and have called several times. Each time they verified my address. I paid it off. I called after a couple of weeks to see where my title was. They again verified my address. I was told that it was sent out the prior week and to give it another week. I gave more than a week. Called back and was told that it was sent to my previous address and that my new address was no where on the account. My title is now floating out there somewhere, who knows where. The best that they could do was sent a title release that we would have to take to the DMV. It would take another week. We are trying to sell the vehicle. We asked for to be expedited. They would but we had to pay for it even though it was their fault. We asked to speak to a manager. We waited several minutes for them to get a manager. We were then transferred to a voicemail. We left a message and have yet to be contacted. We have waited several days.

There app is not working, they will not pick up til days after your due date to make on time payments, they charged late fees and interest for there mishap, and still have the audacity to write horrible remarks that effect your credit on there mistakes.

Horrible don’t do a loan with them because they don’t release your title right away and when calling their customer support they don’t help at all

Loan officer called on a spam number! Asking overwhelming amount of questions that was provided to dealer. Upon further questioning I stoped her verification process. Asking too many specific questions that had nothing to do with a loan. When my landlord called me, he had told me she told him my pay from with SSI info….. yes, the amount I am given each month….that’s a personal information violation! Company needs to fire loan processor as she is rude, disrespectful and demanding info that is not required or already provided to dealership.
When you get a call from a spam number - do not answer anything personal! Information from dealer was totally incorrect and she kept insisting we provide information again to her and I don’t do anything over the phone…who else is listening? She did not state she was calling, the conversation was not being recorded (for training purposes) and no verification that she was even a legit company representative. I felt like she was a bill collector instead of a loan processor the way she was speaking to us and dealer.

I will be filing further complaints also! And of course I did not get car loan…sneaky credit company!!! Would not recommend!

I Got a Car in February 21 Finance by them. I got into hard times in 2024 so their way of helping me was, they raised the car payment,making it impossible for me to pay . When I told you girl that I was disabled she told me I could doordash and or get a part-time job. I think she needs to go to school to find out what disabled means.

They have been really good to me and I wrote are new in error. I thought my car was repoed, but the Raggedy complex I live in towed my car for no reason.
If you need to make arrangements with them, please do so. Regional will work with you if you get the right agent. Look over there dude ones and ask for a supervisor.

Worst company ever. Never use them. They are all in slow mode. They greed SOBs they all will be going to hell on how they treat people. KARMA is coming for you all.

I am consulting with an attorney because they are very unconcerned with hardships, interest rate is so extremely high and you definitely paying double for your car. Please be careful with this company, worst mistake ever

Warning! Beware of this unethical company! Avoid conducting business with them at all costs! They imposed a staggering 19.95% interest rate on my husband, neglecting to factor in his down payment into the total amount.

Stay away from this company at all costs... If you ever sign a contract with them, you will NEVER see the end of it. I am not exaggerating when I say this, they call 20+ times a day when your 24 hours late. The intrest is capped at the max 36% and I've paid for my car twice now yet still owe over 5k... I've even paid extra! I've had this car since the week before covid lockdown hit in Pennsylvania and it's been a death sentence ever since. The engine blew TWICE shortly after I bought it and there was nothing I could even do about it because of covid. I had it repaired and I paid from my own pickets, repairs to keep it on the road cost about 7k before I gave up and bought a new car. This company only cares about your money, they aren't empathetic of any hardships, and they will ruin your life if you don't pay. Seriously, stay away!

So I got a loan on a KIA in 2023. Worst mistake I ever made in my life. I worked for years to get my credit score to 740. I had recently paid off my truck. I had been paying for about 3 months on this 23000 loan, on a 18000 dollar car. The paper I signed was not the loan amount. It gets better. I paid early by like a week every time. After 3 months I started getting 2 calls a day, text messages, and emails about my late car payment. I payed over 10k on the note, and my wife pointed out that the principle had went down 1k. I did the math, and would have paid over 40,000 dollars for the vehicle. That was only 17k to start with. Kia is a scam company. Acceptance Loans are loan sharks. Then I read reviews where people paid them off, and never received a title. I never got a single real person on the phone. Worst mistake of my life.

I have NEVER had an account with these people. They call me 5 or 6 times daily with a prerecorded message. I called and spoke to someone that said she didn't know why I was receiving calls, and they would take my number off. NOPE! STILL GETTING THESE ANNOYING CALLS! I have messaged several times and asked them to stop. At this point it is harassment!

Absolutely horrible company. Very rude employees all around. Also they make it impossible to make payments other than over the phone and even when you do make them over the phone you have verify information about 3 times before speaking to an actual person. If I could give them negative stars I would. You would be better off not financing anything than through this company.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. I have had a auto loan with them since 2019. And well life has had its ups and downs. They have not only worked with me on my loan but every single person i have ever spoken to from this company has been so compassionate and understanding that life just happens. I tell all my friends about them and if you are looking for a finance company fight to work with them. You guys are the best. I really cannot say enough good things about you!!! Thank you!!! They agreed to finance me in an auto deal, but unbeknownst to me, they agreed to charge me $3000 more than the value of the vehicle at 20% which is illegal. Having worked at both car dealers and banks myself, I know that you don't charge more than the blue book value or give more than the blue book value as a loan. I attempted to take them and the car dealer to court and they got away with sending me a fake continuance. They violated the Truth in Lending Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I am speaking with an attorney now to make sure they don't play games in court this time. Since I wrote this review, BB&T cancelled the debt. Thank you!!!
