Appointment this afternoon at Cribbs Causeway ugh!- awful!

Had an appointment this afternoon at 3.30 pm at cribbs causeway. I had shoulder length naturally curly hair when I went in. I took along 4 photos in my phone and showed the hairdresser them, basically a choppy bob, blow dried straight. Each pic showing an aspect of how I wanted my hair cut, which I explained.
I wanted it cut level all the way round at jaw length, natural parting on the right, choppy side fringe, sides to show cheekbone.
Instead I have a cut that I can only describe as a bowling ball, I already have a round face, it looks awful. The more I look at it the more angry and upset I get! The hairdresser herself was polite but i.came out with what I would class as the worst haircut I have ever had. I didn't say anything but I think she was aware of my disappointment because she asked to see the photos again at the end and mumbled something about next time. I paid the other hairdresser at the desk, made another appointment, I was just being polite, I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I went straight to the loo and sprinkled water on it to try to give it some shape. I'm now home and have tried to trim the sides to give it some definition with little success. I have obviously cancelled my next appointment on line, I won't be going back there again. A waste of time and money!

Went to the Warrington salon

Went to the Warrington salon. A few days ago. Only had a trim around the bottom as it is all one length. Wasn't in there more than half an hour. One shampoo and conditioner and the trim. Quick dry no straighteners £ 54.00
Total rip off.

NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Dirty brushes and inadequate stylists
Visited Warrington golden square salon for a simple blow dry.
It was awful and flat due to too much conditioner being applied.
Had to be washed and attempted again but just as awful…. A wasted £33 as I had to home and wash and restyle it and I did a much better job…. What a waste of money.

Place is filthy, toilet is through grubby staff room and broken seat.

But oh my word!!!! the Brushes, they were filthy and full of hair.

Awful experience

I contacted Regis Salons because they are the parent company of Cost Cutters. I went to Cost Cutters after visiting AARP and seeing that they offer discounts for seniors. When the haircut was finished, the fee was $24.00, and I was unhappy.
I then went to a website and filled out the form there. I was never contacted by Cost Cutters.

I then emailed the HR person at Regis Corp. and sent HR an email. The HR then emailed me back and said that the owner of that franchise would contact me. She contacted and I spoke to them about the senior discount, and they said that I was given a $2.00 discount. This company, Reqis Salon, and all the companies they control are a scam.

Regis Hair Salon

Regis Hair Salon, Merry Hill, Dudley.
What a lovely salon, staff were friendly and helpful, walked in with out an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Salon was clean. Asked if i would like a drink.
First time here.
Had Aaron as my stylist, what a lovely guy.
Took time to ask me about my style.
Gave me the best wash and shampoo massage ever.
An amazing stylist the best my hair has been cut
For a long time.
I keep getting compliments from people on how well it been cut.
100 percent recommend Aaron, thank you.

Regis Salon Warrington has ruined my wife's hair

Regis Salon Warrington has ruined my wife’s hair!
My wife decided to let her hair grow and have it permed for Christmas.
An Appointment was made and my wife discussed exactly what she wanted with Tracey (salon manager). The outcome was a complete mess!
Another appointment was made to discuss the issue. Tracey told my wife that her hair was too thick and she had reservations about completing a perm.
No advice given Regarding this. A second attempt was made to correct the issues and salvage something out of the mess. A lot of hacking/cutting took place. My wife had previously told Tracey she di not want any hair cut away.
The outcome was a head of hair that was even worse. It was completely unmanageable. Trying to make contact with senior management/head office was extremely difficult. When asked Tracey said they did not have a head office but had a regional manager. Tracey did not have any contact details. I phoned several other Regis salons to be told the they did not have contact details of the regional manager or head office. It took a great deal of research to get the information we needed. Tracey eventually found an email address for customer care. Customer care, what a joke! This company is just dreadful to deal with.
We eventually (after threatening to take legal action) received the offer of a partial refund to cover the cost of the botched perm but nothing to cover the botched cutting of the hair. Saying that it was only the perm that went wrong
We finally received a full refund. A dreadful upsetting experience.
It will take a long time before my wife’s hair could look reasonable again.

Regis Chester

Regis Chester. I asked to have my hair fully light blonde but for near my roots to be blended from my natural colour so that I don’t have a harsh line when the roots come through. Instead I was given odd blocks of highlights randomly across my head and lowlights which I didn’t at all ask for. In the consultation I showed an image of exactly what I wanted and it was blonde all over. I left and my hair was cut oddly at the front and now I can’t put my hair up because one side has a block of highlights and the other doesn’t. Extremely disappointed that I paid so much for this, such a waste of money. When I rang up the staff lied that I was walked through the consultation what would happen and would’ve been told it was ‘unachievable’ but if this was actually said then I would’ve gone elsewhere. I was also spoken down to on the phone after THEY messed my hair up. My hair was blonder when I arrived than when I left

Care and attention to the customer's needs

I recently had an appointment with Kate at the Canterbury UK salon, where, as usual I was made to feel comfortable - after which K explained exactly what she was going to do re my eyelash tint...the result exceeded expectations and I left in a happy frame of mind.

Importantly, Kate is not a 'stinger' as some girls are in other salons.

Completely awful and rude staff!!!!

Regis, Birkenhead pyramids. Absolutely awful!!!!!! Had my hair done here couple of years back and still waiting for refund that was promised to me by head office. I booked in for a colour and cut and blow with the head of directors. I arrived at my appointment and all seemed well, Slight messing around even though it was all quiet but otherwise fine. I was not given the head director but a normal stylist and then was told the head director doesn’t do colour, just the cut and blow at the end. I was still charged head director prices and paid over £200. I discussed what I wanted with the young blonde girl which was a shadow root on my already platinum blonde hair to make it a bit more natural looking. We decided on a nice subtle brown shade. When she started she was taking sections of my hair and painting 5 inches from my root down to my ends all underneath. I thought this was odd and questioned it but she assured me it would look lovely and it’s what I wanted. I was polite and calmly waited until she finished. She washed, blew and cut my hair. It looked okay, More brown than I wanted and a lot darker than we had agreed on but thought it would be ok. Oh how I was wrong! When I got home and put my hair up later that evening to wash my face, The gravity of what she had done hit me. Majority of my hair was a dark brown with 2 inches of platinum ends, Not what I asked for and she had not done it to the very top half of my hair, so my hair at the time would cover the bottom. I looked like a skunk!! Blonde stripe of hair at the top and the rest dark brown with 2 inches of blonde ends. It was completely awful! I could never wear my hair up again in public!! She took advantage of my trust in her and me being on my phone the rest of the time answering emails. I called to discuss what had happened and was ignored. So I contacted head office and they made an appointment for me to see the manager of the Birkenhead Regis salon. Head office informed me that this would be sorted if I went to the appointment and a refund issued. I arrived at said date and time. I was ushered upstairs and was immediately questioned like I was in an interrogation room. I explained what I asked for and what had happened and was informed that nothing can or would be done and I was not entitled to a refund either!! I explained that I was in fact entitled to a refund and once again explained what happened once we were downstairs as the manager was trying to usher me out quickly. I wasn’t rude in any way, shape or form and calmly stated that head office said I would be getting a refund once I explained and showed my hair which even a passerby was able to tell it was ruined. She shouted at me and said “your just after money aren’t you” I was beyond appalled and very upset. The girl behind her who had ruined my hair just looked at me and smirked and it was then that I knew it had been done on purpose. Why? I have no idea but two years on and yes I have given it this long and been patient due to COVID, I am still waiting for my refund!! I still have all pictures and I am now going to sue for damages etc as well as my refund. Absolutely disgusting!! Do not go!! You will regret!!
