I made a honest mistake by not cancelling their subscription after 0.99 $ trial. When I raised a concern they helped me promptly to resolve this and give a refund as a good gesture.

Scam. Please do not use this website. Use gov PPSR check site which is genuine government website

Great Service and very cooperative to clients

I used the service for a one-off check and inadvertantly signed for a subscription which automatically started 7 days later. I queried the invoice and explained my position and received great customer service from the support team, thanks Marnie

There’s a bit of a shady pattern there re subscriptions but they are very responsive on explaining it and refund if needed

No where does it say that i get signed up for a $20 subscription

Total scam. You pay a couple of dollars for the check then they automatically without you knowing sign you up for membership and you don't know until the next 20 dollars comes from your account. then it's a right hassle trying to cancel. Just scammers that's why they've got such a low rank on all the websites

Beware of them because ones you use them they will keep stilling money from your account every month ,biggest scam. Stay away

They got me for $20!! Ordered a 0.99cent report then a week later $20 was taken out of my account ! I had to sign into my apparent account to cancel my subscription I never asked for ! I’m fumming mad ! Steer clear of this mob ! Scammers !! I’m actually thinking of contacting ACA tomorrow , I dare say I’m 1 of hundreds of Australians that have been scammed from this disgusting company

Updated 19.1 - If you contact them it appears they will refund you back $9.99 but you are still charged $10 for something that you don't want and didn't subscribe to. I am going to report them anyway as they are very definitely not upfront anywhere when you provide your details for what you think is a once off purchase. Nowhere is it stated that this is a monthly subscription, very definitely ripping many people off.
Complete scam, suck you in with the $0.99 but nowhere does it say it is a subscription. I have asked my bank to dispute the transaction. The very fact they put cancellation details in the email advising they have taken your money shows they are well aware that people do not want to sign up.

I was charged $19.99 without even singing up for any subscription. Thought $0.99 was it for a simple ppsr. Scam!

Bought a $1 rego check for a car purchase, but got charged $19.99 a week later. Maybe hidden somewhere in fine print but definitely a dodgy site.
