Signs you up to monthly subscription via fine print. Borderline criminal.

Awful company! Complete scam like others have said. They sign you up to a subscription you never signed up for and charge you $19.99 monthly.. Didn’t even realise until I found the receipt a month later in emails. Steer clear and REPORT COMPANY

Very helpful staff and good customer service. I wanted to find a cheaper way to do a rego check and I found regochecker pricing very economical. What I didn’t realize was that I was signing up for an ongoing membership as I pay for the rego check. A week later my trial expired and I was charged for monthly membership. I reached out to the support team and they were very helpful and they refunded the charge and canceled the membership without any hassle. I will definitely use them again in future.

I used this site for a simple PPSR check. At no point was it made clear that I was being signed up to a $19.99 monthly subscription. The subscription text on the checkout page is tiny, pushed to the side, and the page is designed to look like you are only buying a 99c PPSR search. It gives the clear impression of a normal one off purchase.

After being charged I checked Trustpilot and saw many other one star reviews describing the same issue. That says a lot. When this many people report the same problem, it is not user error, it is a design issue.

I then also never received any subscription confirmation email. I only received the simple PPSR report I ordered, with no wording that it was part of a subscription, no welcome message, and nothing outlining terms or renewal dates. So in addition to the unclear subscription layout, there is also no follow up email confirming what you have been signed up for. That is not how a transparent subscription service operates.

They did refund me after I complained, but the process needs to be fixed. Avoid this service unless the company updates its checkout page and makes its subscription terms genuinely clear.

The PPSR report process was quick and easy. The company then quickly and efficiently resolved my follow-up query.

Sleezy dogs, charged 19.99$ after few days after purchasing their 99cent, i have purchased 99 cent ones before but never been charged more afterwards, im assuming it was a different company because these dogs took my money

The same as other reviews, charges a very cheap .99c to get a PPSR check and all seemed well, but after a month it charges you $19.99 and doesn’t obviously state this anywhere. Don’t recommend.

Same as other reviews. Despicable behaviour charging people for a monthly subscription. Stay away, report them, close their business.
