Five stars!!!

This could possibly be my second review and I don’t remember exactly what I wrote on my first. When I started looking for a new office and was googling Regus, I was skeptical because some of the reviews were not that great. I still decided to take an office and wow it's was a fantastic choice. I am so happy with Regus and how smoothly everything has been for me. My furniture looks amazing and is stylish. I am also so lucky to have a positive reception area (thanks Joseph) that always greets me with a smile and works hard at what he does. My building is beautiful. Five stars from me!!! Terri..

FRAUD

I was credited for services I was incorrectly billed for then recharged the same day. It’s been 12 days since I haven’t been reimbursed. Staff are unorganized, curt and lack professionalism. It has not been a good experience leasing with this company.REGUS is a fraudulent organization and I do not recommend anyone to partner with this institution.

I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologize if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
I understand that you have signed up for the priority internet service with us. Since you have encountered difficulties with the service set-up and connection, you wanted it to be removed from your account. The same was processed and the related charges were credited.
Due to a technical error, you were billed again for the same service. We have now rectified this error and resolved this matter as confirmed by my team member to you via email. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Nice space, but expensive.

Regus has multiple locations and if you are a member of one you may use any office. At our location the local management was good. However, overall customer service was not great as there is no one other than your own receptionist/manager to speak to. The kitchen area was nice but unlike many locations, there is a charge for coffee.
