I've used Relay 4 times and two out of the 4 parcels have gone missing/permanently still in transit. Contacted them regarding the first missing item and had an email back to say they were looking into it then nothing. I will be advising anyone who buys from me or who i buy from not to use them in the future as they only have a 50% chance that the item will arrive, Very Poor Service.

Worse than yodel, which takes some doing. 2 parcels now not delivered, they stated unable to deliver, strange as I was home on both occasions and Amazon and the royal mail managed it on the same day. When it takes them days to redeliver, if at !!
Will be checking with any future retails to see if they use these wombles and if they do will not be purchasing from them.

They mixed my buyers parcel up with someone elses random parcel. Sent an email to get help and theyve not replied. Its been a week. Says that they will try to reply in 48-72 hours. Terrible company, feels like this issue is never going to get sorted.

Why Vinted have started using this company is beyond me, absolutely awful delivery company.
Expected a parcel last week still not arrived and it’s going to a really awful shop meaning I have to collect from awful shop.
Dropped off parcels myself this morning not same shop thank goodness, was telling shop assistant don’t rate this company, response they only collect or deliver parcels a couple times a week, no wonder still waiting

Sending me pick-up emails as the buyer and not updating progress of order.
I’ve sold items on vinted countless times, using service providers such as inpost and evri with no issues whatsoever. I have only needed to send with relay around 4 times so far and at first it seemed to be fine but the last two orders I received and sent with relay have been a nightmare. I took the parcels to the shop and had them scanned and sent with no problems but when I checked the buyers chats, it was still saying I needed to send them out. After checking in my emails I noticed I’d received two from relay saying they have received my parcel and it will be sent to buyer soon. There was also a link to a tracking number to see updates on delivery. Upon clicking the link it asked me to put in my postcode and stated I would be receiving a package soon and I would need to pick it up at a location I have never heard of. Clearly this is the email that should have been sent to the buyer not the seller. It’s not been nearly 12 hours since I sent the parcels out and it is still asking me to send them. There is no easy way to contact someone that could help and there are no results when searching for a solution in their website. J know other people who have had similar issues to me so If possible stick to evri and inpost and stay as far away as possible from relay.

Had notification of a delivery but nothing at the collection point. I would suggest you remove this company immediately from your delivery options.

Giving them a 1 because I can’t pick zero, had my parcel for 6 days didn’t come near the house, then updated it was a minute away, again didn’t come near the house as someone was in and watching and then returns to sender. The support is awful and doesn’t answer, genuinely awful as company.
Stolen earrings
Ordered some gold plated earrings from a lovely seller on vinted .
When my parcel arrived I cut it open to notice there was a finger hole poked into it . Upon taking earring box out I realised it was empty.
So obviously the earrings were stolen in transit
Currently waiting for thier customer service to review it . Although I don't hold out hope. I will never use them again

Message sent that my parcel was ready to collect but when I arrived at collection point it wasn’t there at all.
Had a delivery from them today and the courier left on the doorstep without knocking

Terrible, I have sent 3 items with relay. One has arrived, one has gone missing altogether and one would not generate a usable shipping label so had to cancel the order. DO NOT USE.

the buzzer didn't work, when I press to open the door. he next started hitting the building door when I heard that I open my door and ask him why was he doing that? He got more ungry I couldn't believe his attitude so I took a picture, as I was about to take my packages from him he rejected and sais he wasn't going to allow me to take them. I said ok you will need to comeback then, up to you. He stayed outside for some minutes then reported the delivery as fail as if I wasn't here. I dint feel safe. Seriously whats next???

The driver couldn't find my address, which any GPS shows well. And on the second day, they simply didn't deliver my package because we didn't answer the driver's call.
