I would give 0 stars if possible. The worst delivery service ever. Second time of you getting it wrong. Got yet again someone else’s items I have no idea who they belong to. Your driver had a parcel of mine in his hand. Took it away because it wasn’t on his phone and Vinted are saying it’s been delivered. I’m missing two parcels now because of you. Absolutely awful company .I have one lost parcel two delayed parcels and their customer service is ridiculous .I have sent many parcels qith Inpost , Yodel , Evri and DPD .This is by far the worst courier service I have encountered !! Avoid at all costs .There tracking is also horrendous .

I am soooooo frustrated with Relay
I am soooooo frustrated with Relay. It’s a new parcel delivery service that appeared on Vinted. I used it for the very first time on the 28 th of May and my parcel has still not been delivered, I keep going to the tracking website and all it says is that it’s delayed and I’ll receive an update within 48 hours but it’s said that for weeks and still nothing. I emailed days ago them asking for an update and surprise surprise I’ve got nothing back. I will not ever use relay again it’s been an absolute disaster and it’s not even over yet because they probably lost it

Absolutely shocking shouldn’t be allowed to operate at all first time I had a delivery by this company if you can call them a company that is I took time to fill in emails and online customer support services to give directions and even my phone number was told to wait 72 hours on each time I emailed or filled in a online form nobody even responded disgusting even before my Temu order arrived in the uk then on the day of what they call a delivery I had an option to respond via WhatsApp I even spent time giving instructions to my address and telephone number obviously it was just a online bot service which supposed to give instructions to the delivery driver which of course never happened as the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for the 18th of June and now I think they’ve returned my parcel back to Temu as no update has been given for today a second attempt wasn’t even made had to get a refund from Temu this currier has to be worse than evri at least evri has a pick up method from a shop relay simply just ignore customers and return the parcels or keep them themselves this company needs reporting to trading standards there is no customer service phone line you email them for help they don’t respond just a generated message that says we will get back to you in 72 hours which they don’t absolutely furious with this company if you use this company via any online platform kiss goodbye to your order don’t use them a complete nightmare

Lost my parcel and took three weeks to respond
Ordered from Vinted a month ago and my order has been 'Scheduled for delivery today' for almost as long. Only this week - after three attempts to contact them and three weeks of radio silence - have they confirmed that my parcel has gone missing and they 'are yet to locate it'. So unreliable, I've now taken them off my list of couriers as a Vinted seller.

Absolutely awful delivery service. Every time I see my parcel is going to be delivered by relay I dread it and have issues every time. Awful drivers who verbally abuse you. Half of them don’t speak English so communicating with them to try and help them deliver your parcel is impossible, so they resort to absolute vile abusive language. It’s technically apart of Royal Mail but its own entity, meaning you cannot complain or talk to ANYONE for things to be sorted. How this company is still going, is beyond me. STAY CLEAR of using this ‘service’.

Awful. My parcel was returned to sender before there was even attempt for it to be delivered. After sending 20 emails to customer service parcel was deemed as lost. Also had no reply from customer service despite them claiming that they will get back to me within 72h.

Terrible service .Had message to say delivery was 9 minutes away so waited by front door to then receive a message to say delivery attempt failed( A complete lie) No phone number so used the message service but as expected no reply. Package did turn up two days later after I had cancelled the order
.On time of writing 93% of reviews give one star rating that is one star to high. If ordering from anywhere make sure they don't use these cowboys as the delivery firm.

Honestly this company is ridiculous waited weeks to deliver. They said they would return to the sender after trying to deliver. They did not instead they lost my parcel and kept updating the delivery to redelivering. Absolute piss take. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful service, if I could give a golden medal for the worst delivery service that would be Relay.
Since they started, the slowest and most unreliable service ever. Like other reviews say it takes ages to receive parcel and a lottery if even going to receive it. Don't bother with them just choose InPost, Evri, DPD or Royal Mail.
