Delivery driver took my parcel to the wrong address. The address wasn’t far from me and I recognised the house from the photo the driver took to say it had been delivered. The lady told me she gave the parcel back to the driver when she saw it wasn’t her address. She told him and he responded with “well what should I do with it?”!!! She was shocked and told him where my address was. He walked off with my parcel, marked it as delivered and NEVER delivered it to me!! The lady showed me all of this on her ring door bell footage. I also now have a copy Disgusting. THIS IS THEFT! I contacted Relay to inform them , told me to contact the shop I bought it from. I informed them I had video evidence of your driver walking away with my parcel, you’ve ignored me. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE THIEVES

I would not recommend this company to post a tooth brush. Bad delivery wrong item swoped out items dont use this company

By far the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered, ordered from shein and relay were delivering this parcel which Id never heard of them before so was sceptical , my parcel was out for delivery which was to be delivered to my place of work as there is always lots of people there and is open all hours so I felt this would be easier but clearly not, I got a text to say “failed delivery attempt” which if they actually attempted the delivery there would have been no reason for the delivery attempt to have failed so I tried contacting them and there is no way of contacting them what so ever , I then waited till the day after to see what would happen as there was not much I could do on my end and again “failed delivery attempt” and same again today so 3 days in a row now my parcel has “failed delivery attempt” when there should be no issues delivering this parcel which makes me believe they are not even trying to deliver it and just being lazy. Extremely inconvenient and they are no help what so ever when trying to contact them to see what is going on and why my parcel is not being delivered when supposedly out for delivery

Kłamcy! Zamawiam paczki do sklepu który jest otwarty od rana do późnego wieczora. Po czym dostaje maila ze nie Zastali mnie w domu. Dostarczanie paczek jest w kilka dni roboczych. Droga firmo niedziela nie jest dniem roboczym a w poniedziałek akurat było święto. Odesłaliście moja paczkę spowrotem do nadawcy zero kontaktu z wami. Mam nadzieje ze upadnie ta firma tak jak szybko powstała !

Useless lazy delivery company. They said they tried to deliver, they didn't, they just sent the parcel straight to a different collection point

Awful company, avoid at all cost ,no reliable tracking maps

Ordered from Vinted, choose home delivery, paid the price for home delivery which is more expensive than collection, still you are sending me text messages offering to choose a pick up point for this ongoing shipment. I understand its easier and cheaper for you dropping off my parcel at a pick up point with other parcels you deliver BUT I paid for home delivery service. Your collection points are too far from me anyway. Just deliver my parcel promptly, that’s all. Last time you failed doing so.

It had to be said… shocking is not the word i can described how bad this service is!
This was my first time using them through vinted, never heard of Relay and was worried could this be a scam!
A lady order a pair of shoes bare in mind they were £45.00 no some
cheap shoes.
And some how Relay delivered her a cheap horrible tiny pink shiny bag! She accused me of robbing her off!
I showed her photographs prove of the journey of the shoes going in the bag, with my postal address on back! All way to post office!
She showed me her package and that was completely difference to one
i sent to her. Was no the same
postal package.
I just can’t see how Relay can mix or send a different postal bag to the seller with the right postage sticker on!!
There seems to be some scam going off with those delivery drivers? Perhaps!
I no longer be using this service and seems am
it the only one that had this issue someone else down below had the same problem too.

I would award zero stars if I could. Suddenly told they were delivering something at short notice this evening, and the delivery estimate kept getting later and later, literally up until 11pm, then a delay of 48hrs is announced. They want you to pick parcels up, but I am housebound. Terrible

Very good updates. Courier was at property at time stated as also on previous orders. Cannot fault them, a head above other companies.

If I could give 0.3 stars...I would. Worst delivery service ever! I had a package, they tried to deliver on Sunday without any notice- of course there was no one home. Then 2 days later again no notice - failed delivery. I don't thing they even tried to deliver, because there was someone home. Don't recomend to anyone!

I have used Relay twice for Vinted sales and they have failed miserably on both occasions. First time I sent a Patagonia Jacket and the buyer received a red dress. The second time I sent a pair of Armani Jeans and the buyer received a Gold coloured hand bag. They are mixing up the details somewhere along the line.
Really rubbish service.

Would give zero if I could.
They somehow managed to splice my address with someone else correct name and 1st line wrong area and postcode, I know they were given the correct one as tracking search using my actual postcode worked but address came up wrong?7. Driver called me annoyed because I dont live in Surrey?. Customer service will not take responsibility or correct mistake simply said they will return to sender.

Honiture sub-contracted delivery of a part to Relay.

Relay gave a strong nudge on their website to collect the parcel at a shop a mile away. I ignored the prompt for several days. Relay showed no inclination to deliver to my home. So, I picked up the parcel from the shop.

There are delivery vans going up and down my road all day every day. There are lots of collection points nearby.

I feel extremely disgruntled that I had to pick up the parcel, and have never experienced such poor service

Stopped updating progress of delivery a few days ago. It was meant to be delivered yesterday. Looked again today and still no update. I went on 'contact us' and went on 'live' chat. Is not an agent but a bot. It said will be with you within 24 hours, then had a timer counting down from 24 hours. I then went onto send customer service a message. Clicked on it, said we will get back to you within 48hrs to 72hrs. Too late by then!. Shein use Relay so never ordering from Shein again. Reading through the shocking reviews (all one star so far and most people including myself didnt want to even give that) so I have no confidence in getting my delivery,
EDIT: Shein text me to say they are issuing me a refund as my parcel has been lost by the courier.

I am extremely disappointed. Today, my son's birthday present and decorations were left on top of the mailboxes in the middle of the street, and of course, they were stolen. I don’t have enough time to purchase replacements before his birthday. I can’t express how let down I feel about this situation.

Delivery was delayed by few days because of one of the carer came for sale and didn’t even call me as soon as I saved that the order will be delivered within couple hours. He will stay in the same minutes so I thought they will come later on, but he came press us 102 time and there was not enough time for me to get out and he’s already went so I saw him asking him to deliver the package but he said he can’t he already cancelled it. He will deliver it tomorrow and never came, someone else came after a few days then the guy first time he were not professional at all.

WHAT HAPPENED!?!
You FAILED to deliver to my address and you put: Delivery 'Failed Attempt' twice with second on the 16th March. I sent you an email via your contact tracking on Temu and sent multiple instructions, directions and screenshot photos and with all that you still didn't deliver. You did send me an email and that is what I replied to with all the information plus two phone numbers to contact me if needed and you still put FAILED ATTEMPT. WHAT A FAIL, SO DISSAPOINTED as some items in there was for Mothers Day. Disgusted with the decline of the service compared to January 2026.

The worst or the worst delivery delivered no where near my home. Zero customer service please do not use stay as far away from as possible. Not to be trusted
