I would leave no stars if I could. 1st attempted delivery to my work address at 1740 ..then again on a Saturday now returning to send haha..it easy to see it's a company it's not rocket science.. if i knew it was these delivering it I wouldn't have ordered it ..last time they took it to a totally different company..shocking

Really unhappy with my experience trying to post Relay parcels
Really unhappy with my experience trying to post Relay parcels at my local drop-off. Twice now I have been sent away as they could not accept parcels at that time, including due to a lack of labels. It means I have to keep returning to try again, which for me defeats the purpose of Vinted as it becomes inconvenient. I have now disabled Relay as an option on my Vinted profile and won't be using them again.
This service is just awful
This service is just awful. I received 2 emails containing absolutely no information and therefore no QR code. Went to relay to generate a new one but it’s wouldn’t recognise my information.
It asks for a number but doesn’t specify if they want the parcel number or the tracking number and also ask for a postcode. Eventually I realised they want the shop postcode and it generated a new QR code but man, do they have to be so vague?
Package was also delivered to store late and I won’t use them again.

Another low-grade delivery service driving the race to the bottom. My Vinted parcel was dropped off by the seller on 1st June then collected by the courier same day. No updates since.
I've reached out to Relay but no response at all.
Their 72 hours timeline has passed with zero contact. Will not order again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

First time using relay, was a bit dubious, but satisfied, arrived quick and updates were frequent enough to reassure me.

I'm not one to give reviews in most cases but now I will.
This isn't the first time with Relay, in all honesty they do well by letting you know where they are and how long it'll take to deliver your item, but what i don't get is how they'll confidently drop the parcel somewhere else. Do y'all not check addresses? Postcodes? Pull up a picture of the address on google first to confirm? I mean my mobile is right there to call too. I'd rather my parcel gets slightly damaged than being left somewhere else, cos I may not even know where that is or trust that the people in that place are good enough not to steal my parcel and that's a wasted money, time and energy. Please sort this out, you're loosing people's trust. At this point I'm not even sure y'all will deliver my future parcels at the right store that I choose.

Extremely unprofessional courier
Extremely unprofessional courier. Not only did he ignore my leave safe instructions which directed him to the specific door, he kept knocking on the door despite seeing that I was busy and had my hands full. Wouldn't leave safe even though I gestured to him to leave there as I was busy. Then swore in front of my kids when I told him I had already left instructions!! Unbelievable. Will make sure I never use them again.

Delivered to a totally different street!!! They even asked for a picture of where to deliver it beforehand. They can't read street names and then deliver to a house that looks nothing like picture sent. Awful!!

I wanted to put a minus relay tried on two occasions to deliver my parcel . Both times they said unable to deliver customer not at home. I was in on both occasions and my door camera does not show anyone trying to deliver my parcel. Customer service are a joke they have returned my parcel back to the sender and not even looked into where the mupet who was trying to deliver my goods was going to. Should have gone to spec savers ,

Lost 6 parcels in Enfield area from Vinted in the last 2 weeks. Very expensive items. Avoid like the plague. Absolutely appalling service and customer service. Where are all these missing parcels?
Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad.
1. Vinted parcels were sent to a pick up shop which still had workmen in and wasn’t open.
2. Very difficult to contact help desk. A silly AI assistant purely went round in circles.
3. No way of find out where the parcels were.
4. I live in Huddersfield and eventually had 2 QR codes sent with requests for me to collect 1 parcel from a shop in Crosby, Liverpool and 1 from Henley near London.
5. Complaints made but no responses.
Absolutely appalling service.
