Good service and great price
Good service and great price, a small delay in picking up but there was easily solved by reaching out to them and they picked it up the next day .

Professional and flexible services
I booked skip for 2 weeks and the skip was delivered on the date I booked for. I got reminder for collection but due to delay of getting material delivery and delay in starting my project, I requested extension which was grante without any charges. Upon completion, the skip was collected without any call or followup from my side.
I am very happy with services and professionalism.

Katie was very helpful over the phone to guide me on the right size skip. We ended up getting a slightly smaller one and saving a bit more money. Reliable skips was the cheapest skip company I could find and they did live up to there name.

Very happy with the service from Reliable Skip and they were the cheapest. Their driver was friendly and on time for delivery and picking it up was no fuss. Custoemr service was easy to get hold of and really helpful with moving dates around and answering questions.

Great Service
Even though Reliable Skips is a broker acting on behalf of skip companies, they delivered and collected as promised at a very fair price. I guess the advantage of a brokerage is they get you the best deals available at the time. Pleasant skip lorry drivers to deal with, I would recommend Reliable Skips.

Used Reliable skips a couple of times now and have had really good experience both times. We needed to extend the booking as well and it was really easy to do, and they did not charge us for the extension.

Great service
Great service! The driver rang me as requested just before he arrived, so that I could show him where it was to go. He was extremely helpful and friendly and placed it exactly where I wanted it, in a rather tight gap. On the day it was due to be collected, the truck arrived just before 8am and was gone in a few minutes. Very efficient service and put me totally at ease with the process.

We booked the skip online, an easy process, the skip was delivered and collected early, as requested. We had completed our task, email to say it was ready and it was collected a day early, brilliant service. The driver (unfortunately I do not have his name) was extremely nice and put the skip, where required, on our drive. Thoroughly recommend this company, 5 star

If you don't want to be scammed. AVOID!!!
All Reliable Scams packaged into one company. From your standard Timeshare scam of selling you a basic product then demanding you pay extra for basic use of it (removal of carpet/wood...), to your standard delivery scam of never arriving at the property but saying they arrived and couldn't do the delivery (and have guts to try and charge you extra for it), to ghosting you the second you ask for a refund, for a service they never provided. Only contact this company if you want to get scammed, they will give you the crash course.
Edit: improved to 2 stars as at least they managed to give a partial refund after the complaint.

We're sorry we didn't hit the mark here, but we're definitely not scamming anyone. Unfortunately carpet requires specialist disposal and isn't recyclable, so it costs skip hire companies considerably more to get rid of it.
We do try to make all waste restrictions as clear as possible and all orders require you to tick to confirm you've checked them before ordering.
We have a dedicated Waste Restrictions page at the top of our website, lots of FAQs and blog articles and we also include them in our confirmation and reminder emails.
Either way, we are sorry and will do our best to look at how we can make it clearer for customers in future.
