Very disappointed!!
My chiropractor suggested this company as a good company for a shoe that gives good arch support. I ordered the only shoe I could find on the site. The insole was about as flat as a pancake. Trying to put the shoe on was so difficult I finally gave up and decided to send them back. I wish I had ordered from Amazon as they would have given me a full refund. Reliefly only gave me $7 of the $38 that I spent on the shoes. I would never order through this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!

I bought the shoulder brace with heat and stimulation with a great deal of hesitation. I have been pleasantly surprised. The product works as advertised, which is not always the what happens with this kind of product. As I have been going to Physical Therapy for around 5 months for my shoulders, 2 times a week, I was looking for something that would work along with my therapy. They also have been using heat and stimulation to help me recover the use of my arms. So far the brace with the heat and stimulation has work quite well for me. I use it for longer then the 15 minutes recommendation, mostly 35-45 minutes and I have seen a fair amount of pain relief and returning mobility. As I have only been using the brace for 5-6 days I cannot say what the long term effects will be but so far in the time I have use this product I have been impressed. It did seem to be expensive and it did take longer to get to me then I had hoped, but so far so good. It has lived up to the advertisement, it is made well, not cheaply. The self contained battery charges up quickly, as I use it on both shoulders that is important to me. I am wearing it now as I write this review. One of the primary reasons I purchased it was I was having a hard time sitting and working at my computer. Not any more.....

How can I rate a product that I have not yet received?! I placed my order July 17 and have not received the order or even heard from Reliefly except for this email asking for my feedback. Well, my feedback is HURRY MY ORDER TO ME!!
I can then rate the efficacy of the product after I've had a few days to check it out.

If there was a NO STAR rating it would be more accurate. The delivery took 3 weeks. There is no cancellation on orders. The product - a knee brace - was bulky, poorly made and not a good fit even though I measured using their chart. The 90 day guaranteed return policy is complete scam. You choose: pay shipping back to China, a 10% refund of the cost of the item or another inferior product to replace what didn’t work but you pay the shipping from China.
Be advised: Order from somewhere else!!

The shoulder devise did nothing for pain. I was informed by customer service I could return the product to China for full refund at my expense with is what I did. Details were supplied to me for the ship to in China addressed to Chen Chuchu with a detailed address. I supplied the Company with the details and tracking from Canada Post. The product arrived in China on Jan 29th 2025 and has been sitting in customs since. My many attemps to follow-up with Relieflylab are unsuccesful, they automaticaly reply to aknowledge reception and promise to report back shortly but never do!
I requested for someone to call me back, they don't.
They just reply that they sincerely apologize and that I will be udated shorthly.
But never do!...It's been 5 months today.

Stay away from this company! They say shipment will occur within two days but they don’t tell you they’re coming from China and will take two weeks to get here. When you need a break so you don’t have two weeks to wait. There is no way to contact them through the phone. They state on their website they’re there for you 24 seven that is absolutely not true ! I have emailed them over 10 times about returning knee brace I purchased and have still not heard back from them. I’m not sure sure but I think this is some type of scam.

Do not order from this company. Save your money. The phone number listed to call (727)-459-1440 is never answered. They are slow in responding to emails. Their return policy is a joke - to return their product (3-and-1 Shoulder Device), the address given is in China, which means you have to pay over $1,000 for shipping. Do not watch their ads. Do not give them the time of day. There is nothing good to say about this company. It gives all the impressions of scam artists at work. One (1) star rating is one (1) too many.

Horrible customer service with constant email alerts my refund request did not get delivered. This is a Chinese scam. Poor quality. I bought a neck pillow that is flat with no support.

Do not buy from this company!
I ordered the sleeve 11/01/24, received 11/10/24. I used the sleeve for 70 days, with no results. I emailed them and requested a refund. They advertise a 100% refund if not satisfied. They told me I would have to pay return shipment fees to China! If that wasn't acceptable, which it wasn't, they would give me a 30% refund. It has now been 3 months since they told me that. I keep asking them for my refund and they keep telling me it will take time. Do not buy from this company! They do not stand behind their advertised guarantee.

I think they are scammers! I’ve emailed them over ten times about an order- all emails bounced. The address on their website is incorrect and doesn’t work. The tracking number doesn’t work either.

I ordered my shoulder wrap in December 2024. It was never received. Their excuses were that the driver couldn't deliver, no access. This is a single house. I kept giving them the lat/long, an Earth Pro from street level of my home. They still haven't delivered. I send several emails a month in January and February. The return emails keep advising me that they are looking into it. Still waiting. And I kept my email string. Linda B. Croydon, PA

This JUNK stopped working after 16 days. I called 2 different numbers several times no answer and no return calls. There ad says don't buy those cheap nock-offs from China, well mine was the same China nock-off that you can buy from other sources for less than $20 mine cost $129.99. Also you say easy 90 day return, risk free guarantee, and you will not even call back. You also took payment 4 days after order was placed and it took 6 weeks to get it.I guess I am out $130. I just want to let others know that this company is a SCAM!!!!!!!

Excellent product! Only after 3 days of use my shoulder pain is totally gone!! I’m sleeping much better and I couldn’t be happier. Worth every penny!

Must send returns to China, not USA, SCAM!
I ordered two products from Reliefly. I believed that the company was based in the United States, it is NOT! When I attempted to return my $100 purchase, the return address was in mainland China! I went to the Post Office, and the charge to mail it back was going to be $59.50! I repeatedly asked them for an address here in the USA, but they would not provide one. Very disappointed. Very deceptive in their advertising. Do not buy from them!
