Defective can not even turn it on

Defective can not even turn it on! The faceplate was damaged in manufacturing - it is missing a chunk of plastic! I have no idea if it even works since I can't turn it on. I spent top dollar for this item, waited an unreasonable amount of time for it to get here and it now it doesn't even turn on, What a frigin sham.

Terrible device

Terrible device. Essentially a very mild heating pad with a slight vibration. Doesn’t work for me and have to send back to China for refund ( at my expense ). Awful service. Dont waste your money.

Excerpt from their customer service dept:

“Should this not be acceptable to you, we are prepared to offer a 30% refund as an alternative.

Relief hasn't arrived yet. It arrived today 1/15/25

I ordered the unit to help with my sore shoulder but it's been almost 3 weeks and the unit according to the tracking number maybe in the air or in some place near the airport. I would give you a review but I have to get the Reliefly 1st.
Update 1/15/25: the unit arrived today and I was able to use it. So far, seems like it's working as designed.

Ads say 2-4 days shipping, ordered 1/1/25, still in China. Tried all email addresses, phone numbers and no response. Have my money but no response from them. Getting ready to file any kind of complaint so others don't get stuck losing money for trying to get pain relief. Some of us struggle to even be able to afford anything. Not right

Very nice device

Very nice device. Need to adjust velcro so it fits snug to your shoulder but once you get it fitted right, it works great

You advertise free shipping on your website and then you go ahead and charge me over $22 shipping and when I confront you, you say oh yeah we changed the policy and we just haven’t updated our website. How do you think a person would feel? Scammed

False Advertising

I purchased the Arm Sleeve in hopes of relieving just a little of the pain that I experience 24/7. Not being able to sleep much at night because of the pain in my right shoulder I was hopeful for a little relief. The advertising is misleading as it hasn’t reduced any of the pain I’m going through. Whilst I realize I probably need to have surgery to solve my problems your Ad makes it sound like it helps everyone which is not the case. Wouldn’t suggest anyone with any sort of severe shoulder pain buy one of these, save your money.

Good item if it fits

I bought the knee support but it kept falling down so I contacted Reliefly for details to return. The options were a refund of 20% and keep the item, a 70% store credit and keep the item or return for a full refund. I had no use for it so I opted to return for a refund. I did not realise that the item would need to be returned to China which cost more than £12 from the UK. I returned it anyway and it was received over a week ago but still no refund. I know that the usual feedback to reviews will ask for an order number so here it is Order Number #8143
PLEASE REFUND ASAP!

After waiting another 2 weeks since this review and providing all the details requested I am now being ignored. Don't fall for their scam!
