Beautiful, beautiful gift. I happened upon this necklace searching for a piece of jewellery to remind my mum of a much loved cat that we recently lost. Ollie was brilliant throughout and the customer care experience was second to none. I haven't given the item yet but knowing how it made me feel I know she will love it. The necklace contains a picture of an amazing cat and this piece does his memory the ultimate justice.

Ordered as a special gift for my daughter’s 30 birthday with a photo of her dad who passed away when she was 11.
