Hi, I was giving a ccj without any form of notice preventing my self from being able to proceed a rental property thanks to a private company placing my previous address on a black list and not informing me. Very disappointing experience. The advocate was unprepared, didn’t understand my case, and only spoke to me for a few minutes before the hearing. I had already made arrangements with the trustee myself — his presence added no value. I felt completely let down and frustrated. Not recommended at all.
