Unsatisfactory experience
Bought a coat in the sale online last week, only to get a call the same day to say that they were sold out of it and I was told there was no more in stock, which I am slightly disappointed with, so bought another coat elsewhere. Subsequently, on looking at website a week later, that same coat is available in all sizes! Not sure if it actually was available online again, but too late, I had bought elsewhere..

I'm sorry you were so disappointed. Unfortunately from time to time there can be inventory errors. I did call you straight away after you made the order to apologise and highlight that it was a mistake.
Im surprised that it showed up online again but the Nina coat is unfortunately still sold out in most sizes. We are new to the online business and are learning and improving everyday. I hope you will have a better experience next time.
