I was really impressed with my experience buying from Renaissance. I ordered a blouse and a dress. They arrived promptly. I decided to keep the blouse and return the dress. I sent the dress back and promptly received an e-mail confirming receipt of dress and notice of my refund.
I’m very pleased with the service and would love to do more business.

Great Experience in Renaissance !
I recently decided to brave the online shopping world for the first time by placing an order with one of my favourite boutiques - Renaissance in Monkstown. The staff there are always so helpful and friendly.
The whole Online process was extremely user friendly and painless ! My order of a top a jacket and pair of trainers were all perfect - as expected - and arrived next day - a very worthwhile and successful experience !
Looking forward to my next visit !

Fantastic service. First time online shopper with this boutique so I got 20%off with my purchase. Highly recommended. Ordered online at lunchtime Thursday. My purchase was delivered the following day.. Delighted with my new shoes!
