I would give zero if there is an option…
I would give zero if there is an option for that. My order doesn’t process until 5 working days later, the advertise of order will be processed within 1-2 working days absolutely a scam and I am still waiting for my order. The delay of order delays my Reno project which incurs me a lot of unnecessary cost and time wasting. Avoid this scammer at all cost.

I love the pull out bin
I love the pull out bin and the installation was relatively straight forward. The only reason I gave a 4 is because the pre-ordered item was not in stock for a few weeks longer than the website originally said that it would. However, the company were up front about the delay, apologised because it was out of their hands and sent it out to me as soon as it came in from the supplier.

A plus for service and quality
Quick delivery, excellent customer service. Products have been of great quality. And when I requested to Use a voucher I had forgotten to put in at checkout they promptly refunded me the value of the voucher. Definitely recommend them as a business, and the products

I don’t normally buy items unscrutinised online but I was very impressed with the robust construction of the under bench bin system. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Product very good quality.
One idea would be to provide a template for installations to save manual measurements and measurements provided were not correct for soft close - they were standard. But worked it out and the new unit is far superior to the one sided hinged one.

False advertising and no money back guarantee
The product was not as advertised and I was only made aware that the money back guarantee did not apply to this product after I purchased it.

If you recreate your order and go to view cart, you will see in red writing the message:
“This is a "special order" item and the supplier does not accept "change of mind" returns so it is not covered by our Money Back Guarantee.”
As communicated to you via email, we will contact the supplier on your behalf, letting them know that you believe their wording is misleading. That “Groved polycarbonate does not mean hollow or wafer construction so the advertising is misleading”
