Great aftersales service
We ordered a granite sink but unfortunately it arrived with some damage (transit from Vic to Qld). A few photo's and an email were sent to the store and less than 2 hours later a replacement had been organised. The replacement arrived today, absolutely perfect. Great aftersales service, we cannot fault it.

Good sturdy product needing document update
Reason for 1 less star is the documentation. It assumes that the cabinet the bin is holding is of certain width & depth as the guides provided assumes this. This is important to highlight for novice DIY installers

The Renovator Store delivered exactly as promised. Great price, on time, well packed, useful instructions but I must say what surprised me most was the absolute quality of the product.
