From the start to finish this has been my absolute worst car rental experience!

At the beginning. I got the quote and paid for the car with the promise that it would be delivered within 2 hours. In the end, after many phone calls with your agent (+971 52 905 5158) and no clear information, I finally went to a location to pick up the car in a taxi as I was getting late for my scheduled meetings.

At drop off. The same thing happened. I had informed you a day prior the time and place for pick up. And of course the person was not there on time and caused much unnecessary stress as I had to leave to catch my flight

Finally getting the refund of my deposit which didn't get returned within the stipulated time left me feeling that this was all a scam and that I would never see my money again.

I finally received this credit Monday Sep 4. The rental finished on Jul 23. So it took you 30 business days and 42 calendar days to process this refund! Really unacceptable!

Bottom line is the stress and hassle of dealing with your organisation is definitely not something I would wish upon any traveller!

I ordered a specific car, they responded that the car was available and that they will deliver it.
They delivered the incorrect car, and the AC did not function at idle only when cruising so every red light and stop sign was painful.
They made it very stressful to return the car and did not come when planned. I had to leave the car and took over an hour of my vacation time to organize this between the hotel and Amex.

Over 2 months NO RETURN OF DEPOSIT AND NO RESPONSE. I will get a response when i ask about a car rental, but when I ask about a return of deposit the conversation dies.

Scam, robbery, STAY AWAY!!!

They take a deposit at the beginning of the rental and they try to avoid refunding it. It took 2 months of me texting and emailing them every single day to get the deposit back!

They eventually produced a cheque for me that was signed but i had to go to a dodgy looking office near the airport to collect it! They kept saying they will deposit cheque everyday but they never did.

GO TO A CAR RENTAL COMPANY THAT TAKES NO DEPOSIT, THERE ARE LOADS OF THEM IN DUBAI NOW, ALSO YOU WILL NOT GET DEPOSIT BACK IF YOU ARE A TOURIST OR VISITOR AS YOU NEED TO DEPOSIT CHEQUE IN A UAE BANK ACCOUNT!!!!

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND AVOID THIS COMPANY WHO PROVIDE VERY OLD AND HEAVILY DAMAGED CARS FOR RENT AND GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO AVOID RETURNING THE DEPOSIT AT THE END OF THE RENTAL!

ABSOLUTE CON MEN! Never got my £500 deposit back and just get told the accountant is doing in 8 months later.

Opens my messages and just says “I’m sorry I’ll get the accountant to do it’ AVOID!!

They stole my money please don’t book with them, I booked car in Santorini and when I arrived they told me we don’t have this category and we cannot refund you they stole 100 euros

Please do not use this company, I used my debit card to make full payment 1500Aed...which covered the full rental agreement. At the counter I was told to add full insurance cover 120 Euro...plus 300 euro blocking which will be returned back.....after 2 months they charged me to my debit card the entire amount including the deposit, My rental agreement which was 1500 ended up with 3500 Aed . They have just robbed me and used my debit card , im not sure how, and they are also not replying to my emails. The service was pathetic also during takeover and handover......do not use do not use...SIXT rental ...its professional robbery

I shouldn't trust the name of the company and book online the car for the whole period of my stay in UAE and they deducted the full amount plus the insurance and after I arrived to the airport the agent refused to handed me the car over bc he calimed my driving licences " is not valid in UAE " which is a big lie bc all other agencies accept it and said it's valid in UAE also he asked me to cancel the reservation and said you will get refund within 30 days but obviously they scammed me the all amount because it's passed more than 30 days still no refund and no one reply to my emails . I called the call center before I leave UAE trying to get my money back and they insisted that I will get the refund within 30 days just to procrastinate . a company like this everyone must be careful before dealing with them, they must have bad reputation for scamming clients and misleading them with these lies.

Possibly worst customer service except Tahir who was helpful. Car was different than photos, it had cases that we were not allowed to remove. Early return also not possible, your sum is non-refundable. Tourist should pay with cards only because deposit return takes 21 day for some reason (no idea why because they know salik, car condition and fines at the moment of drop-off).

Wouldn't recommend to anyone

.7.45 pm no delivery - already Late for friends birthday -called twice - told on the way
8.30 - could not leave house as needed the car , as travelling by 5 am - called again - multiple apologies - investigating
9 .00 pm - Expected call back - none -
9.15 pm called again to be told - you did not send your documents- which I did at 13.45 pm and we’re confirmed by 15.23 pm by hertz
22.00 - obviously missed the birthday dinner and very upset friend to be told we don’t know when we can get the car
23.05 pm called by hertz to be informed everything closed and you will have no car unless you can get to Abu Dhabi airport in 30 minutes to collect ( 40 minutes away ) - arrogance is now passing the comedy status )

So at 23.45 pm I have to be somewhere - a 3 hours drive from AD now with no way of getting there, unless I now must pay 240 euro one way by Uber and taxis there and return by Uber again

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE - I rented a car 26 December 2021, paid in full and that took almost $1600 AUD bond - I returned the car the next day - have contact them on multiple occasions with zero reply this has been 2 months. This company is a scam - they steal your money from your account and when you request for it to be refunded they ignore you, I have had to raise a case with my bank to have this money refunded.

If I could put no star, I would have done it. The worst car rental company in Dubai. Do not trust all the positive reviews, most of them are fake. I rented a car in Dubai in October with Navigation. There was none, even I paid for it, they told me that it is normal that the car doesn’t have a GPS and I have to use my Phone with my data. Additionally, since almost 3 months, they did not refund the security deposit and they do not answer my messages. I contacted today my lawyer…. Avoid as much as possible. It is a scam…

If I could give a minus, I would! even 1 is being generous to them!
They have the worse customer service possible, the so called manager by the name of Kin shouldn't even be in the position he is in!
I have booked a car for end of November, I made the booking mid October. They took payment straight away and I never received a confirmation. I have been chasing them for confirmation since then. I had booked the car for pick up at the Airport, i was very clear in my communication via whats app as well that is where I wanted the car available from, only to told now that they do not deliver to the airport and only the hotel. I asked for a refund as this is not the service I booked only to be told extremely rudely that that is my fault! Kin would not let me get a word in to explain that at no point was I informed this or does it state on their website. He had the audacity to say it common knowledge, and when I explained that I have never had this issue before when I have hired cars he changed his tune and said there are 100's of companies in Dubai and they work differently!
He laughed at me when I said i would put in a complaint with the department of consumer rights!
I have now put in a charge back claim with my credit card company!
Never would I recommend to use this shamble of a company! Even writing this review I don't this it make any difference to them!

I found this website through a Google search. They appear big and professional, but two web forms didn't result in call back and when I phoned the next morning to make an enquiry, the person who answered their 800***** number wasn't the least bit interested. I guess they have enough business to not care.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen - Dubai- compared to back home -USA-
I’ve been renting the car for over 10 months now and never missed a payment but they keep harassing by calling and sending emails every single day asking about the payment besides I’m getting a monthly rental rate instead of a six months rate. THE WORSE

This company is incredibly unprofessional. I had a punctured tyre, and they are trying to charge 300dhs me for it without giving me the garage report. The customer service team are rude and disrespectful. Do not hire a car from here.

We booked a car with rental cars uae, prices were cheap and cars were brand new. We rented Hyundai creta I compare the prices with other companies I find them cheap and service was also good.

Good comparison site which offered me a flexibility to freeze my rental contract during the lockdown thus making it easier for me to manage my finances. Their cars are clean and customer service is satisfactory. Finally, I was happy to see that they ask for feedback about their rental service.

Due to the Covid 19 situation I was offered a discount of complete one month which has helped me through difficult times. I would always suggest them as Rental Cars has been very supportive by their gesture of offering a discount. I would be renting from them as long as I am in Dubai.
