Åre's absolut gulligaste och kanske bästa outdoors-butik som jag ofta försöker svänga förbi om jag har vägarna förbi, men gör ett lika utomordentligt jobb med service på webben.
Bra, personligt bemötande i telefon. De mindes mig från tidigare och kunde ge goda råd utifrån just mina behov. Bra att kunna köpa loss det man gillar extra mycket. Utmärkt sätt att t.ex. testa kängor... Ver mais

Charged for out of stock items, had to contact bank for refund
Waited until my card was charged before informing me an item was out of stock when I asked when it would be available I was told they have no idea, still waiting on a refund...
Edit: This store said the funds were released two days ago, however when I contacted my bank I was told this never happend and I would need to file a claim. I got the feeling I would have never received my refund if I did not escalate the situation
I really wanted to like this store and even planned on changing my review after they told me everything was taken care of. However I was simply misled for the second time.
Perhaps most people have a good experience when shopping here but I cannot recommend based off of my personal experience.

Have talked to Klarna's customer service and their system performs the payment directly and not like our other payment providers who only put a reservation on the card. We have never had to cancel a direct payment via Klarna before, so I just made the assumption that it worked the same way. Totally my fault and apologize for this. According to customer service, the refund must be received by you within 1-5 banking days. If this has not happened, get back to us directly at hello@outdoorbuddies.se and we will help solve this. / Magnus
we are sorry that the item you ordered turned out to be out of stock. As for your card payment, the money has never been deducted from your card. Debiting only takes place when we send the item, however, a reservation has been made for the amount. This will be released as soon as we have shredded your order. Which happened at 2:51 PM 22/11. The reservation will not remain as we can see in Klarna.

Säkerhetsutrustning
Älskar att handla lokalt hos våra fantastiska handlare. Bra service när de höll extra öppet då isarna lagt sig och vi behövde utöka vår säkerhetsutrustning🤗

Awesome business idea and crew
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! They really took the time to explain thoroughly and give good (and to be honest, very pedagogical) answers to all my billion questions.
I have both bought and rented equipment from them. Love the environmental thought behind the business while it also gives me the opportunity to actually try out products before buying.
Highly recommend them!
