Jonathon was very attentive and punctual.

From the initial point of contact the whole experience has been so smooth. I was contacted very quickly and a first visit set up within a few days. Darren that came out to us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find permanent solutions for our mouse problem as opposed to previous companies we had out that just dealt with the current problem. He was always very efficient at every visit and kept us up to date on what he was doing and what he saw had happened since his last visit.

Darren came to close out issues brought up in our annual audit. He was incredibly helpful, explained everything in great detail and ensured all issues were corrected & up to spec.

If I could give Rentokil Zero Star Rating I would. I had a potential rat infestation in my house and sent them an enquiry form on 28th October. I received an automated reply with a Reference No. It said somebody from the Company would reply the following Day. On the late afternoon of the 29th I phoned and was told by a gentleman by the name of Pat that yes my enquiry had been sent out to Darren and he would ring me and talk me through the procedeure. It is now Thursday 7th November and sadly I have heard zilch from Rentokil and yes I had the Rat infestation. Very very unprofessional by Rentokil and they certainly have lost my custom and that of my family and friends going forward.

Louise was so understanding and reassuring. She carried out the task with great efficiency. Was very friendly and competent.

Joe is absolutely fantastic. He goes above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of pest control at our company. I highly recommend The service and can’t praise Joe enough for sharing his professional knowledge and advice when he’s on site with us.

New service engineer was great. Really helpful and went out of his way to communicate each step and be as discreet as possible.

We decided to contact Rentokil when we realised we had a rodent problem in the atic of our new home. Daniel came out and instantly put our minds at ease with his professional manner and extreme attention to detail. He examined every part of our home from outside and internally, pinpointing the exact point of entry. Straight away we felt confident and trustful of Daniels work and this continued over the past weeks. The advice he has given us has greatly improved our situation and we are very grateful to Daniel for all his help.
