Not very impressed
There were some technical hitches with openbanking which could not be resolved. The process is very time consuming. The documents were not provided accurately so the hoped for moving in date could not be achieved.

The RentProfile website is a useful tool for following your rent application step by step and knowing what the next step is, using checklist principles. Customer service is good. When stuck in a situation, they provide good help. The mobile app may need improvement, and they usually do not provide the latest update on the webpage.

The process of becoming guarantor for my son's flat in Leeds was swift and painless. It was mostly completed online with only a small number of readily available financial documents needed. My financial adviser was contacted by email to confirm part of my financial situation. This again was done by email with no delay on RentProfiles part. The whole process only took 3 working days.
